Best driver ever. He took us directly to our dinner since we were late and then took our luggage to the hotel. He then came back for us and picked us up. He was amazing and I would highly recommend him.

I was deleted due to flights and was unable to contact the driver until I arrived. I was booked for 5pm but didn't arrive until after 6. The driver waited for me and took me to my hotel

We had a great experience with our airport transportation in Nashville! We were a group of 10 traveling with all kinds of luggage, and there was plenty of room for everyone and our bags. The vehicle was comfortable, clean, and made traveling together so easy.We used the service both from the Nashville airport to the Grand Hyatt and again from the Grand Hyatt back to the airport. Both trips were smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.This was such a convenient option for a larger group, and we would absolutely use this service again on our next trip to Nashville. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend hiring Robert for a day trip out of Nashville! My sister and I hired him for a day trip to area waterfalls, and it was a wonderful experience. I had read on some FB groups about exploring waterfalls and came across a recommendation for Nashville Bestie Transportation so sent a message to inquire about a possible itinerary and cost. Robert was extremely prompt with replying and prepared a detailed itinerary with cost and was willing to negotiate and customize the itinerary to meet our timelines and budget. All communication was prompt, professional, and friendly. On the day of the trip, he picked us up at the hotel promptly at the agreed upon time. The car was immaculately clean and well stocked with a wide variety of snacks and drinks which were included. The itinerary he had planned was to drive to 3 different waterfalls and the route was well planned with no backtracking and good distance between each stop to avoid long stretches of just driving. Each waterfall built on the next one as far as how impressive they were starting out with Cummins Falls which was a smaller one, then Burgess Falls which had 3 different waterfalls of varying height, and ending at Twin Falls which was incredibly unique and our favorite. Cummins Falls had an easy hike of 3/4 mile from the parking area to the viewing platform and a nice visitor center with bathrooms and a gift shop. Burgess Falls had a small waterfall right next to the parking area, then a medium waterfall after a hike of 1/2 mile, and finally the bigger waterfall after another 1/2 mile. For the hike, there was an option of a path along the river that was a bit more scenic but also full of tree roots to navigate or there was a gravel road without any trip hazards. We took one route out and the other back. There was a bathroom building near the parking area. Finally, Twin Falls was visible directly from the parking area and the water was coming out of the rock wall without being able to see the body of the water where it was coming from. It was very wide, incredibly unique, and beautiful. There was a path to walk down to see more of the rock wall with lots of different views of water coming out of this rock. There were no bathroom facilities at this location. Robert stayed with the car at each stop and let us have plenty of time at each location without rushing us. He had cold drinks available to include beer, champagne, water, and soda available and was very flexible to make any unplanned rest stops that were requested. He was very friendly, personable, and made our day trip very relaxing and enjoyable. He dropped us back off at the hotel at the agreed upon time and had done an excellent job at estimating how much time we would spend at each waterfall as there was never a time limit set for each stop but yet somehow we arrived back at the hotel at the exact time he had planned in the itinerary. When compared to taking an Uber to the airport to rent a car, needing to research and plan each stop and then driving and navigating the route ourselves, returning the rental car full of gas, and then taking an Uber back to our hotel, it was well worth every penny. It was a very stress-free and enjoyable day trip to experience some nature, do some easy short hiking, and escape the chaos of Nashville for the day. I would happily book with Robert again if in the Nashville area for any kind of day trip to any location!

The experience was hassle free. Driver was on time and was easily recognized when I exited airport. The driver also gave recommendation on a really good restaurant.

Ahmed was very courteous and happy to help in any way he can. He wanted to make sure that all our needs were met. There was 9 of us and 13 bags as well as carry ons which all bit at the back and it didn’t flow over in the van where we sat. Lots of room and clean.

Our driver was Gerald. We were running late due to the flights and he waited almost an hour for us. I'm not one to talk a lot with drivers but Gerald was just a delight. After a long day of travel and delays, it was great to relax on the drive to our destination.

I help organize an annual golf trip for a bunch of friends that's grown to about 14-16 folks and one of the things I do is make sure we have reliable transportation back and forth not only from the airport and hotel, but to each golf course. Trey and his group of drivers were OUTSTANDING! Always on time, always communicating, and were available even when we needed to get picked up early due to torrential downpours! The shuttle vans were clean and convenient for our party and we needed 2 for our group. They handled all the times for pick up, using my tee-times and travel times to schedule everything, and above all else, Trey had security covered for our opening trip with a guard Dashund named Squatch.
