Giovannie is a very likable host. He made this experience feel like a family event. Working under his direction was like being in the kitchen with your chef brother. Creating and chating like you would at the family table. The best meal comes from the preparation. So much great food was enjoyed on Giovannie and Robeorta's roof top terrace. Gazzie Melli Giovannie for shareing so much about your family history and your knowledge of Sicily. We won't forget you or this evening.

Great experience learning about and tasting Sicilian olive oil and wine
We did the 5pm tour on a Sunday. Great experience learning about a Sicilian family’s olive oil production. Francesco was very knowledgeable and friendly. After the olive grove tour, we tasted EVOO, balsamic, wine and lemoncello and enjoyed focaccia, cheese, caponata and olives. Highly recommend.

A great experience from an authentic Sicilian perspective
The meeting point for the tour was a bit confusing and we ended up parking in someone’s driveway. Francesco then drove us a bit further to get to the grove - it may have been better to meet closer to the olive grove. The olive grove tour was very interesting and informative - francesco was very good at explaining the process and answering our questions. We then went to his grandparents house for a cheese and tomato sandwich and olive oil and wine tasting, this was very interesting. We were worried it would be awkward being in their house but it was not. The wine was great however it would have been nice to focus a bit more on the olive oil and balsamic tasting.

What an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived at Chef Carlo’s beautiful villa, we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel right at home. The villa itself was absolutely spectacular, and the cooking class was truly one of the highlights of our trip.Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with ingredients straight from the garden. Chef Carlo made the entire experience so much fun while sharing his knowledge and love for cooking with us.And the cannoli… WOW! I have never been a fan of cannoli, but the ones we made were absolutely incredible. Fresh, perfectly sweet, and hands down the best I’ve ever had.If you’re looking for an authentic, memorable cooking experience, I cannot recommend Chef Carlo enough. Amazing food, beautiful surroundings, wonderful hospitality, and memories we will cherish forever. Truly a 10/10 experience!

I wrote this:Please look no further than this true authentic Sicilian cooking experience right in Renata’s cucinotta! We had the honor of meeting Renata, feeling so welcomed inside her home and kitchen with coffee, water, and a tour of her gorgeous terrace and rooftop with a view of Mt. Etna. We had a cooking class with two different pasta (tagliatelle with Sicilian pesto and ricotta lemon filled ravioli) and then of course a traditional tiramisu. Renata is so lovely, caring, and shared her hospitality with all of her heart. It was the first time we made pasta and tiramisu from scratch, and the best part is her teaching methods and skills to help us create the dishes. Towards the end, she set up an entire table of Italian tapas, wine, sparkling water, and served us the meal we prepared. She inspired us to create these dishes at home and printed out the recipes for us to take back to our own kitchen. We highly, highly, highly recommend this experience with Renata, she was so warm and inviting and we had great conversation the entire time. We will recommend her to any of our friends and family visiting Catania!

This tour provided a delicious sampling of traditional Sicilian street food and a few wines. Our guide led us along main walkways and down side streets I might not have explored on my own. She provided an interesting summary of the food, sights, and history of Taormina and the surrounding area. I highly recommend this tour.

This class is 10000% worth your time and money!! My husband and I did this on our honeymoon and we’re blown away how amazing the experience is. Massimo is an incredible chef and teacher. Even learning how to better choose ingredients overall to the way to use them in dishes, to pasta making, it included it all. The meal from what we made was one of our favorites in Italy! We’ve even made one back home already!! I couldn’t recommend this class enough

We had a great time at our pasta and tiramisu making class with Carlotta! She was so kind and engaging - very thorough in her explanation for making the pasta and giving us a hands-on experience. We made both tortolloni and tagliatelle which were absolutely delicious! We were so grateful to be welcomed into Carlotta's home and eat with her the fruits of our labor! So fun, and highly recommend!

Do THIS Sicilian cooking class!
We did this Sicilian cooking class in Taormina, and let me tell you, it was awesome! Paolo, our chef, could be a comedian! He had us laughing the whole time while making delicious Italian food. We couldn’t possibly eat it all, but we wanted to. We learned real cooking skills and made friends while enjoying breezes from the sea. I can’t think of a better way to spend a few hours in Italy. Book this class and thank me later. Paolo, we’ll see you next time! Ciao!

Great family experience
My family had a wonderful time cooking with Francesca. The majority of the ingredients came directly from her garden, super fresh and tasty. We made pasta from scratch, forming it into three different shapes. We then made three different sauces, each one very delicious. We then enjoyed the fruits of our labor, accompanied by local wine. Francesca was very patient and helpful with my 11 year old grandson, who ate the most pasta of all. Great family experience!
