It was amazing! We were 11 people and the tour was held in English and Spanish. The drive was comfortable and the AC exactly the right temperature. Our first stop was the archeological zone Uxmal where you have two hours. You buy two tickets, foreigners pay 105$ Mex in cash for the first and around 600$ Mex for the second, for that one card payment is possible. There’s a few shops at the entrance where you can buy souvenirs and emergency products like mosquito spray and sunscreen. The coconut pineapple drink was really good. Our delightful guide Sergio handed us over to Jesus who gave as an interesting and informative tour, props for switching back and forth in the two languages. The site was really peaceful and quiet. 15min drive to the little restaurant "El regalo de dios" where we ate Salbutes and Panuchos and had an agua fresca. 35min drive to the first cenote X'batun, just stunning. The second one was only a 5 min drive and we didnt have to change. Interesting to see a different form but the first one is definitely the star of the show. We got back to Merida at around 4pm. Overall a wonderful experience!

We did the Uxmal & 2 Cenotes tour on a Sunday, and as we were the only guests who had booked that day, it turned into a truly private tour.Sergio picked us up directly from our hotel, and on the drive to Uxmal he told us so much about Yucatán, the region and local life. It was fascinating and gave us a much better understanding of the area.At Uxmal, Sergio gave us all the practical information we needed and then let us explore the site at our own pace, which we really appreciated. Uxmal itself is an absolute must-see and was one of the highlights of our trip.Afterwards, Sergio took us to Dona Panchita, a small family-run restaurant, where we had the best Mexican food of our entire trip to Mexico. This alone was a fantastic discovery.The final part of the tour took us to two hidden cenotes that we would never have found on our own. As it was Sunday afternoon, there were quite a few local families there, but that actually became part of the experience: we got to see how cenotes are enjoyed by local people as part of their everyday life.We highly recommend Sergio and this tour. He seems to know everyone and everything in the area, and travelling with someone who has this kind of local knowledge adds so much more to the experience. We came away feeling that we had discovered much more than just Uxmal and two cenotes.

Great day with tour guide Elias
We had a wonderful experience on our day with our guide Elias. He is an excellent teacher of Mayan history. Our ride to the site was comfortable. He provided snacks and a cooler full of drinks. In addition to all the information he shared at the site he also provided information on the surrounding community during our drive. The visit to the cenotes was much needed during an August day. They are stunning and magical. I recommend this tour, and Elias specially, to anyone interested in learning about the Uxmal site.

Victor is an amazing and very well informed guide! He might as well be an archeologist. He went to school to specialize in what he does for living. And you can easily notice that right away. But above all he's highly passionate and caring. Which naturally matched our energy! He took amazing photos of us and recommended tons of local things to try and do. We even changed our itinerary to go to a place he recommended over the place we originally had in itinerary! He even took us to places outside of the tour and they were well worth our time!

We had a wonderful time on this tour with our fantastic tour guide, Riccardo and driver Abe.We were picked up from our hotel by both of them, and they were very friendly and ensured we were comfortable throughout the day. We were able to have some very interesting and enjoyable conversations throughout the drive to Chichen Itza.Riccardo, was very knowledgeable and gave us great insight into the history of this impressive site. He was able to bring to life the impressive buildings and pyramids, through sharing information about historical Mayan culture and some mythology.We were able to go at a relaxed pace and take pictures, with Riccardo showing us the best spots of this site.After the Chichen Itza we were taken to the Cenote, we had ample time to explore the Cenote and have a tasty lunch. The Cenote was very impressive with clear water and fish swimming around, it also had excellent facilities.Then it was time to head home. Riccardo and Abe were once again very accommodating and made us feel comfortable. We had a great conversation and plenty of laughs on the drive home.

Incredible tour with Victor
A world-class tour with Victor. He has immense knowledge, pointed out unique details of various pyramids and structures you’d otherwise never know to look for or see. Seeing Sayil and Labná is really worth it.Victor provided great conversation and is a great and safe driver. He also offered to take photos, which were all really thoughtful and different than a simple picture.I would love to do this tour again to learn from Victor and see these incredibly well maintained architectural sites.

Our guide Ricardo and our driver Abi were excellent. They were friendly and on time to start, and brought a cooler of beverages for us. When we got to Uxmal, Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable about the ruins, highlighting interesting aspects and explaining their meaning to us. He was also flexible, answered our questions, and kept us in the shady spots on a hot day. After Uxmal, we went to the Choco Story museum and small wildlife refuge on our own. The exhibits were informative and we were able to try traditional Mayan chocolate (cocoa with hot water and spices). Finally, the place they took us for lunch was quick and tasty. We would absolutely recommend this tour.

We had an amazing experience with our guide, Gabriel, on a private flamingo tour to Celestun. We had great conversations on the drive there and back from Merida. Gabriel made sure we were comfortable and that the tour was moving at the speed we wanted. We never felt rushed or hurried. Everytime we have guests visiting us on Merida, we bring them on this tour. I highly recommend this tour for that "only in the Yucatan" experience.

I had such a great tour with Shirley and Mike - I learned so much about Merida and its deep history. They explained everything in great detail, especially from the perspective of the Mayans, away from the colonial lens. I greatly appreciate educating us visitors about the hardships Yucatecans went through in the past, especially as someone who is also affected by the long history of Spanish colonialism.There are many tours to choose from but THIS is the one to book!
