This was my first cacao ceremony, so I was not sure what to expect. Fortunately, Sylvestre is a sweet, gentle soul who made me feel extremely comfortable as he guided me through the relaxing experience. He created the perfect environment for intention setting, introspection, and reflection.

Living this experience was a gift for myself and without a doubt one of the best ever had. Silvestre was very attentive and caring, he explained me all the process before starting.
