The food was very delicious, George and Andreas were very welcoming and knowledgeable about organic farming and collaborating with other organic farmers throughout Greece. We picked ripe tomatoes for the Greek salad, peppers and herbs and for the Briam. Everything tasted super fresh and authentic. Would definitely recommend this experience.

The spinach pie cooking class was a beautiful experience! We also learned a lot about olive oil production and the real Lefkada. The farm uses quality and natural ingredients and the final products were delicious!

We had such a fabulous day making all manner of pies with the guys at Lefkada Micro Farm. Our hosts met us at the gate and served us coffee and home made mountain tea with their own honey. We had a tour of the farm and heard about its history and the award winning olive oil they now make. We then went on to make a variety of pies from scratch which we then ate all together (and got to take the leftovers away with us too). It was so fun and our hosts were very friendly, fun and informative. I would thoroughly recommend the experience to anyone staying on Lefkada.

An absolute highlight of our holiday. Andreus and George were the most wonderful and knowledgeable hosts. The farm is a fantastic model of sustainable farming and production and we were so pleased to visit. We had a lovely lunch of tasty food. The super cute cats were simply a bonus. Good luck with your future endeavours; you deserve much success.

My daughter and I did the traditional cooking course in July 2026 with George (Andreas joined us later). We had a very interesting tour of the micro farm and discussion about olive farming, while collecting vegetables and herbs for our dinner. There are also several cats and kittens on the farm which provided a great deal of entertainment for my daughter - particularly the ones that eat tomatoes! :) The process of making all the food was really well explained and dinner was delicious. We both appreciated the non-rushed atmosphere. Thank you also to Andreas who patiently waited with us when our taxi forgot to come! We had a great time. :)

We had a wonderfully relaxing and interesting class and tour of the farm and it was so wonderful to meet folk who appreciate nature and traditional farming methods. Both of the hosts were very interesting and all thoroughly enjoyed baking our own bread and making a delighted meal. We were treated to an olive oil tasting and can honestly say we have never had such delicious olive oil. Highly recommend for those looking for a authentic Greek Experience off the beaten track and surrounded by nature.

Every holiday we try to do something special or different. And this holiday really succeeded with the experience at the Lefkada Micro Farm. Full of passion and passion, Andreas told us his story and showed us what he has on his land. After the tour we started with the Filo dough workshop. Again, passion and drive surfaced, as well as fun and humour. There were only two of us, so we really got private lessons. This allows us to spend a lot of time and attention on everything. And the end result.....delicious! We enjoyed everything! Our advice....are you on Lefkada, be sure to undertake an activity at Lefkada Micro Farm.

We really enjoyed this experience as well as the wonderful tour of the farm and all the information provided about the history and the trees and produce grown. We had a taste of the award winning olive oil also.The phyllo pie baking class was terrific. I have always wanted to learn and Andreas was a great teacher. The steps were explained well and easy to follow. The end products we got to eat were delicious.Highly recommend.

Andreas ensures all participants leave knowing how to make ohyllo. He also ensures you learn the basics of Greek cooking. You enjoy the fruits of your labor for dinner. An excellent way to spend an evening. Andreas himself is quite personable and provides enjoyable conversation and company. We will definitely do another excursion at lefkada microfarm when we return next year. Traveling with spouse, 14 and 12 year old. Kids loved making phyllo so much, we made the same pies when we returned home to NY.

Such an inspiring experience, told with passion and makes you consider your food choices! The price is high but I am happy to support this initiative. Small group and an amazing time, not commercial at all!

What an experience. It was fully immersive and our host Andreas was lonely, charming and a very fine cook. We started by making bread and then toured his lovely farm to collect herbs and vegetables for the other dishes. Andreas is passionate about organic food and his multi award winning olive oil is definitely a class above all other olive oils. We made Briam, tzatziki and Greek salad to go with our bread and everything was delicious. Andreas instructed us gently teaching us techniques to get the most flavour from the wonderfully fresh ingredients. All in all a joyful and fascinating experience.

We had a wonderful time touring Andreas farm and learning about Olive Oils. We picked his vegetables and made a delicious meal complete with bread, grilled veggies and Greek salad. It was lots of fun.
