I went on the tour of the South Island, with Pablo, (called him Pedros! the whole tour.. at the end he told me 😆) Palbos friend, our bus driver ( his driving was amazing)… was a really interesting person to chat to too-Lanzarote has fascinating history. It was a magical tour of the island, with a brilliant bus driver and tour guide 😊👏

We very much enjoyed our day, the drive through Timanfaya was breathtaking as was our walk through the Cueva de Los Verdes. Christine, our guide, was attentive and knowledgeable ensuring we got the most from our trip. The lunch was tasty and good value for money. We appreciated the concern shown by the company about accessibility of the attractions to those with limited mobility.

Driver was there waiting for us very friendly took cases and was very curious help my husband in taxie as he is disabled and made sure he was comfortable in his seat I use them every time I came and have never had a problem they are great as for stars I would give 10 out of 10

Yes it's a long day but we'll worth it. Paul (our guide for the day) knows his stuff, his passion & knowledge of the island clearly shows. Hats off to Manos (hope that's right) our driver - some of those roads especially through Timanfaya were unreal! Lovely stop off for lunch & Mirador del Rio, our last stop, just wow, totally unexpected when you walk through the entrance. Had a great day.

I had a wonderful time on this tour! The tour guide was a very good communicator, shared his knowledge with us throughout the trip and made the experience so worthwhile. The cueva de los verdes and the mirador were probably the most low key but awe inspiring parts of the trip. So glad I did this and would recommend to everyone I know.

I booked a return trip from Lanzarore airport to Playa Blanca with Viva Transfers. There were 10 of us including four small grandchildren and also 10 large suitcases. I opted for the 18 seater to ensure we had enough space and also it was the same price as a 14 seater. I contacted Viva Transfers before the day we arrived to check that everything was in place as we had booked child and booster seats. I received an immediate reply from Sabrina to confirm that everything was in place. This gave me peace of mind that if anything did go wrong someone would answer the phone. On arrival we were greeted just outside the gate and taken to the mini coach. Our driver was friendly and courteous the child seats were very good and we were in Playa Blanca in 45 minutes. The return trip was repeated and Sabrina again confirmed pick up time back to the airport. We had a different coach and driver but again the same standard. I would definitely use Viva transfers again in Lanzarote and would certainly recommend.

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday to Lanzarote. We arranged for a private return transfer from the airport to Playa Blanca. We previously booked the transfers but due to a number of reasons we had to rearrange our holiday. Viva Transfers were excellent at helping us with these changes and keeping our original booking. This was very much appreciated. We had very friendly and excellent drivers, being picked up outside the airport to the hotel, and on return, back to the front door of the airport. Transfers are excellent value, reliable and a brilliant way to start and finish your holiday. Great service just need to review to look for the Lanzarote Experience board. Very friendly driver who took us right to the door of our villa.

Our driver was very polite and friendly. He was there on our arrival and helped with the cases to the bus. The mini bus was clean and he drove us carefully to the hotel.

Greeter was waiting in the arrivals hall even though we were 2hrs delayed. I was surprised that the minibus was in the higher bus park 200 metres away and not in the taxi rank which would have been more convenient. I tried to book a return trip to the airport when the holiday finished but I was unconvinced that my request was understood?

Good transfer, no issues. Driver was fine and helped us find our end destination. Would definitely use again and recommend
