Great experience cooking 4 Spanish meal courses and sangria. Everyone was given different dishes which all came together at the end for a wonderful meal. Jose was very enthusiastic and welcoming and did everything he could to make the experience memorable. Would highly recommend.

I signed my mom and teenage son up for this class and three months later they are still talking about it. The chef was personable and shared about his career path. My family actually made the meal instead of having it all prepped for them. Bonus- it was delicious. Next time I’m taking the class myself!

We had Katia for the second time. She was very friendly & chatty. Katia was very knowledgable and hospitable. Ensuring our preferences were met. Definitely go hungry and pace yourself. It is a lot of food but it is all fantastic and you cook it. Great instruction and a fun time. We had a senior and a teen in the group and it was still a blast. We live in Granada. This is the real deal. I almost hate to post this for fear I won’t be able to get friends in when they come to town. It really is fantastic.

Katia did a wonderful job educating us on the wines and history of Spain! We had a terrific time! The wine and food were superb! Very filling, plan on this being your dinner if you book! Highly recommend. We enjoyed visiting with the other travelers. The small group was nice!

A wonderful evening in Granada. Our chef was clear, patient, and easy to follow — the recipes were well-pitched and the whole experience was genuinely hands-on. We worked through five classic Spanish dishes (tortilla española, salmorejo, paella con chorizo, crema catalana, and sangria), then sat down together to enjoy everything we’d made. We had an absolutely wonderful time learning the secrets of Spanish cuisine! We especially enjoyed the multi-course meal we prepared; every dish was fresh, authentic, and packed with flavor. A massive thank you to Tomaso, whose passion and humor made the entire afternoon feel like a dinner party with old friends. If you’re in Grenada, do not miss this—it was one of the highlights of our trip!

I had a lovely time with our guide Katia who has been in Granada for 25+ years and previously was associated with a top local restaurant. We tasted 2 lovely olive oils that she brought including the acclaimed Hojiblanca from Rincon de la Subbetica. I enjoyed a local Granada tinto as well as 2 tintos de Ribuera del Duero and 2 tintos de Rioja. The Costilla de Cerdo was wonderful at Casa Castaneda. 3.5 hours flew by. I highly recommend.

This was the perfect Granada early evening event working with a chef and learning the real life tricks and tips to a perfect Spanish meal. This was a hands on experience with the chef allowing us to do as much (or not) as we wanted and answering all of our queries. Not only did make the winter version of Gazpacho, Tortilla de Patatas, Paella, and Crème Catalans, but we learned how to make these dishes with simple ingredients and the variances we can make to each of the dishes. We finished with the meal we made. Truly fantastic experience.

We had a great experience! The class took place at a restaurant, which was a beautiful venue. The food was a potato and onion tortilla, salmorejo, paella, creama catalana and sangria. The recipes were fairly simple and it felt like food we could genuinely make at home. The recipes were all very tasty and left us the perfect level of full! The wine was free flowing. The host was very friendly and had a great sense of humour. We really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend the class to anyone coming to Grenada.In response to an earlier comment, there is a bathroom at the restaurant and you can wash your hands in there. You also have paper towel to constantly wipe your hands. We had no issues with the hygiene.
