A Fantastic Day Exploring Beijing with Lucy
We had a fantastic day with Lucy visiting Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Mutianyu Great Wall.As it was National Day, Beijing was incredibly busy, but Lucy’s local knowledge and timing made a huge difference. She helped us through the crowds, knew the best places for photos, and made sure everything ran smoothly.Lucy was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable throughout the day. Our personal highlight was the Great Wall absolutely unforgettable.A genuine five-star experience. We would highly recommend Lucy and this tour.

A Wonderful Half-Day in Zhujiajiao with Ms Snow – Highly Recommended!
We booked a half-day private tour of Zhujiajiao, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip, thanks entirely to our guide, Ms Snow. From the moment we met, Ms Snow was warm, friendly and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing her hometown's heritage. Her knowledge of Zhujiajiao's history is impressive. She brought the ancient water town to life with stories about its origins, its old trading days, the stone bridges and the traditional architecture lining the canals. We came away with a much deeper appreciation of the place than we ever could have on our own.Her command of English is excellent, which made conversation easy and natural. We never felt rushed or lost in translation, and she happily answered all our questions, big and small. What we appreciated most was how thoughtfully she planned the tour around our pace. She read our energy well, knew when to slow down, and made sure we had time to take photos and simply soak in the atmosphere. It truly felt like a personalised experience rather than a standard itinerary.Ms Snow also took us to a local shop where we purchased a pearl clam at RMB300 that had over 30 pearls of various sizes in it, and we custom-made pearl earrings and bracelets, all crafted on-site. It was fascinating to watch the process, and we now have beautiful, meaningful souvenirs to remember the trip by.Other highlights included tasting the local dumplings, which were delicious, and a relaxing ferry ride across the water village. Gliding past the old houses and bridges was the perfect way to see Zhujiajiao from a different perspective. The timing was so perfect that we got to see a live martial arts performance on the water. The day ended with a sumptuous dinner of Xinjiang cuisine at Yer-Shari Restaurant, and we got to see a live dance performance during our meal.If you're visiting Zhujiajiao, I wholeheartedly recommend booking a private tour with Ms Snow. She is knowledgeable, attentive and a joy to spend time with. Thank you, Ms Snow, for making our visit so memorable!

Great tour under tough time constraints
Sherry was an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a very tight schedule to visit the temple of Heaven, and the Forbidden city before our flight and was able to to accommodate our needs and still see everything (Tienamen Swuare was closed for the holiday). We also visited a wonderful tea house. Her explanations were clear and complete and she made sure we always understood what we were seeing and why it was important… highly recommend her.

Wonderful Shanghai and Zhujiajiao trip
The final leg of our journey to China was Shanghai. Our tour guide was Joy Dai and our driver Mr John. Both were great. Punctual, professional and a pleasure to be with. In particular, Joy was superlative to spend time with. She was attentive , and extremely knowledgeable about the sites she selected for us. From our 5 star hotel, the Fairmount Peace , we walked the Bund, visited the first rate Museum house ancient and current Chinese art. We visited the Old Town of Shanghai where Joy took us to all the ancient sites with superb explanations of there history . We spent time Vu garden as well. A highlight was the ancient village outside of Shanghai called Zhujiajiao. This water city , over 1000 years old was a site to behold! Joy explained all ancient structures. She was so knowledgeable and informative with the most adoring, pleasant personality. She was the best! And the reason I would like to return to Shanghai again to experience more of its technological advances. What a pleasant surprise. Thank you Joy 😊

English Translated Private Car and Tour (with Guide)
Shanghai was a new experience, and neither of us spoke English. The English speakers in Shanghai are not numerous, so a guided tour with an English Interpreter was arranged. The tour was great, the interpreter was awesome, the private vehicle moving us around was a blessing, and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend. Cathy was a font of information, friendly, helpful, and her English was great. We did other tours in Shanghai, and trust me, English-speaking doesn't always mean English-speaking. I was very pleased.

Very enjoyable experience at Zhujiajiao Water Town with Xin
We had a wonderful private tour with Xin to Zhujiajiao Water Town. Through her we learnt some interesting history, walked through beautiful gardens, sampled tea, enjoyed a boat ride & a lovely lunch. Xin also helped us find some lovely souvenirs. It was just so relaxing and enjoyable to be guided and not have to worry about anything. The private transport there & back was also effortless and very worthwhile.
