Top Cancun Parasailing

What a great experience! You’re picked up from the beach and taken out to the boat that you parasail from. The flight lasts about 10 minutes but you’re flying over the most beautiful water I’ve ever seen. You’ll be tempted to focus on the horizon and the coast but don’t forget to look down! There are dozens of sea turtles right below you.The tour and boat operators were friendly and very helpful. I would Highly recommend this to anyone, even if you’re not a fan of heights. You’re reclining in a seat, not dangling from a harness. It’s a great way to see Cancún!

Overall a good experience, fabulous vistas, and service once on the boat. Had to take a small launcha from docks to boat off shore---sitting on small fiberglass bench was a bit uncomfortable.

One of the best experiences of my life! We saw pilot whales AND 3 different types of dolphins, AND a sea turtle swam right up to the boat! Small group, great music, good vegan style food made by the tour guide, and they found the best spots!! We were SURROUNDED by dolphins and whales and even got to get in the water if we wanted(my friend and I, along with the tour guide, got into the water with snorkels they provided and even got to swim with them! Hands down amazing experience! If you book anything on your trip, book this! The travel distance, the cost, the duration of the tour, 1000% worth it!!!

Loved it. My first time parasailing and jet skiing. Tour operators seemed overwhelmed by the volume of people for the experience. They did not interact or attempt to interact with us much. The taxi boat driver said he was too busy to take us back to our starting point so we had to walk through the Riu lobby to make our way back to the main dock.

Amazing view staff was so helpful and friendly. We got there super early and they got us on early and let us enjoy the Amazing view.

We had a great experience, it was so peaceful and calm high above the water. Very romantic to share with my beautiful bride. Pinky was especially helpful and walked us to a restaurant after while we waited for our ride back to the hotel.

The snorkeling was awesome and the tour guide was very friendly. For people who couldn't swim, they make sure you are taking care of with floats and supervised by the tour guide at all time. We went to all the sights shown on their website. The parasailing was done in small groups, so you didn't have to wait too long. The only downfall was the photos taken by the group photographer is extremely expensive. Unless you are an experienced swimmer and have good underwater camera, expect to pay the price if you want to have some photos for memories.

We booked a full-day adventure with Total Snorkel that included parasailing, jet ski, and their 5-in-1 snorkeling tour. The whole booking process was super easy thanks to their WhatsApp channel—so convenient! I had loads of questions, and they patiently walked me through all the options before I finally settled on this combo. They also offered to add a Jungle Tour in the morning to fill out the day.I included transport and the photo/video package, which made it a bit pricey overall. But looking back at the footage and everything we got to do, it felt kind of worth it—definitely expensive, but also a one-of-a-kind experience.Let me just say, the Jungle Tour was the weakest part of the day and I regretted adding it. The only highlight from that was some amazing drone footage of us driving the boats—it looked pretty epic on camera.After that, the transport was bang on time. We had a big, clean 16-seater van all to ourselves, which felt quite VIP. We kicked things off with parasailing, and it was super cool—peaceful, scenic, and a fun way to start the adventure.Next up was jet skiing, which unfortunately didn’t go so well. The weather was rough, and the sea was really choppy, so we didn’t enjoy that part much and cut it short.Then came the big one: the 5-in-1 snorkelling tour. Here’s the breakdown of the stops:1. A cenote that looked like a skull – very cool and a bit eerie! 2. A coral reef with plenty of fish. 3. A sea turtle stop, and wow—seeing a turtle come up for air and dive back down was magical. 4. A site with underwater statues, which felt like something out of a dream. 5. A sunken ship, which was the final stop.The snorkeling itself was challenging due to the choppy water—the waves really throw you around. Getting back to the boat after each stop was exhausting. But the crew was great—one person stayed in the water with us, guiding the group with a float, while the other captained the boat. Everything felt safe and smooth.We also had a photographer with us, and the pictures and videos turned out amazing—lots of great shots of the marine life, the sunken ship, and the family having fun underwater.If I had to do it again, I’d probably skip 2 stops — 5 in 1 felt like too much (Given the choppy water and winds). We were wiped by the 4th, but thanks to some encouragement from the captain, we pushed through.Pro tip: wear a T-shirt or rash guard—we didn’t, and the sunburn was real after all that time on the water.Overall, it was an awesome experience, with some highs and a few lows (mostly due to the weather). Not cheap, but we came away with some great memories and footage to match.

Great time snorkeling with my 4 and 5 year old daughter and son. Two guides brought us out on the water with full snorkel gear. The kids were towed along in a rescue donut by a trained scuba guide. So the whole experience was very safe and reassuring even with small children swimming along. The cenote swim was very refreshing and the kids love that just as much. Maybe more. The whole experience was wonderful and last ed a good portion of the day.
