Oh my god! This was an amazing experience that is a must for people who love cooking while in Belgrade. I booked this for my boyfriend's birthday while we were in Serbia and we ended up both loving it! We took a taxi to try to get to Dragana's home and ended up getting dropped off in the middle of nowhere. Her husband graciously picked us up and drove us to there house. There we met Dragana and her family and quickly got down to business. The food was beyond spectacular and left an impression, while Dragana's experience shone through. We made a multiple course traditional Serbian meal, that we have already recreated upon our return to the States. Lastly upon our departure, Dragana gave us a box of cookies and later revealed to us that her husband went to the market to get my boyfriend a small treat for his birthday. This experience was so lovely, and Dragana is beyond kind. I enjoyed talking about food and culture with her, as it felt like talking to an old friend. If I ever find myself in Belgrade again, I will definitely try to return!

Let me start by saying that I did not get a chance to do the food tour because of a missed connection and was late getting to Belgrade. I messaged the company 2 hours before the tour and they told me they could start later. I still wasn’t able to make it and they offered to work with me to try for another date. Ultimately, it didn’t work out with the limited schedule I had but they tried their best to make the tour work for me. Not only that, they requested a refund for me, which was so nice of them because Cool Destinations has a 24 hour cancellation policy. They were so nice about it too. Absolutely great communication and a company that treats people as people. I hope to be back in Belgrade soon to do the tour with them.

We had a wonderful experience out in the countryside! Our host, Jelena, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. After not having much luck at our first location, she kindly offered to take us to a second spot, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It felt like a beautiful forest trek with a fun twist—searching for truffles guided by an adorable, friendly dog. Overall, a highly recommended and unique outdoor adventure!

We had a really great day trip with Jelena and her dog! Jelena was friendly and very knowledgeable. She was flexible with our kids and we loved our time with her.

Serbian food is amazing, I wanted to try cevapi for such a long time and finally I tried it on this tour, if you love meat try it.

The wine tour was well done a quick review of serbian wine history and a good teste of the many wines they have. Service and ambiance was top class

If u love wine and exploring new taste this is a MUST in Belgrade. The tour will let u experience Serbian Wine with some food during a nice walk. I loved the hidden pub, a very special place to have a glass of wine

The tour and the tour guide were both great. There was another gentleman with us as well. Lovely man from Boston. We got to see hidden views that a normal tourist would definitely not get to see on their own. The nature and the city are breath taking. The wine tasting was delightful as well! I would absolutely recommend this tour. A wonderful hidden gem.

His storytelling has the perfect balance of depth, drama, and humor, and you can immediately tell that he genuinely cares about what he is sharing.What impressed me most was his honesty and grounded perspective. He never tried to romanticize everything or pretend that every place is perfect. Instead, he openly spoke about both the strengths and the challenges of the country, the culture, and even the restaurants we visited — always respectfully, intelligently, and with nuance. That level of authenticity created real trust within the group.The food experience itself was excellent. At every stop, he explained how dishes are traditionally eaten, what combinations work best, what flavors to pay attention to, and even what not to do if you want the best experience. It never felt like “just eating food” — it felt like understanding culture through food.But what truly makes Mattia exceptional is the way he interacts with people. He creates an atmosphere where real conversations can happen — about history, ethics, culture, personal perspectives, and life in general. He listens, reflects, jokes, and stays incredibly approachable throughout the entire experience. You can genuinely feel the effort and care he puts into every guest.One small moment stayed with me in particular: during one of the meals, he noticed that I was holding back a little and immediately put some of the best pieces on my plate, smiling and saying that he could tell I was too polite to take them myself. It may sound like a small gesture, but moments like that say a lot about someone’s character and attentiveness.Mattia is currently studying law, and if he is supporting his studies through tours like this, then I sincerely hope more people book with him. People with this combination of intelligence, empathy, honesty, humor, and professionalism are rare.Huge compliments also to the agency for working with guides like him. I would recommend this tour without hesitation and would absolutely do it again.

Belgrade Craft Beer Tasting Tour is an absolute must do in Serbia.From start to finish, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in the city!We visited four of the most highly rated craft beer venues in Belgrade, tasting 9 different local draft and craft beers and every single one was included in the price. No hidden costs, just pure good vibes and great beer. Our guide, Katarina, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome from the first minute. She created such a relaxed and fun atmosphere, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. The guided tasting experience was informative without being overwhelming perfect balance.What made it even more special was the amazing international group. We were 12 people large group totally, shared stories, laughed a lot, and even played beer pong together.It honestly felt like hanging out with friends rather than being on a tour. The snacks, cheese, and meat platters were a great touch and paired perfectly with the tastings. The full experience lasts up to 5 hours, and the time flies by.
