Top Bali Scuba Diving

Zero Gravity Diving was an excellent choice for our visit to Bali. They picked us up on time from our hotel. Rental gear was new or close to new. Branco was especially helpful completing payment details. Our dive leader, Robert, was a complete professional. On the boat and in the water he was attentive. He provided extra help to one of us who was a bit seasick and had some buoyancy issues He took videos and shared them at the end of the day. Always polite and responsive to any need. A fun, 3 dive day! I would definitely dive with them again.

Wonderful staff who catered for all skill levels. The dive sites are incredibly busy but that was well managed.

Great experience all around, from beginning to end.We arrived early and had a complimentary drink before being briefed on everything relevant, we were driven to the boat and then taken to Nusa Penida. The boat was nice and had a toilet, in-between dives we had fruit snacks and lunch half way through the day.The group size was quite small which was nice, there were 8 guests in total and we were split into 3 groups, so small groups for each dive which was good, although the dive sites could be a little busy, we were always taken somewhere less crowded by our guide and got to see everything with a little more peace, great work!We saw all the highlights and much more, mantas, octopus, lobster, mantis shrimps, all kinds of puffers and butterfly fish and of course corals.We were a little skeptical before booking of the price as we are backpacking but it was well worth the money.It was a full day, we felt taken care of and had a great guide explain everything we saw, all three dives were brilliant and the dive centre itself had a great atmosphere.Very much recommended, best for anyone who wants to see mantas, but that's not all you will see.Thank you

We had a great dive trip with Neptune Scuba Diving, which was extremely well coordinated by the friendly team at Neptune. They were proactive in communicating with us, from arranging hotel pick up and drop, to doing a refresher dive, then providing a wonderful day long boat dive experience. Neptune’s facilities are excellent, in a modern building with their own beautiful dive pool and clean toilets/showers. All aspects of the dive are well planned, and catered for in a small group setting, in our case the two of us having our own dive guide, Herry. The dive sites, while busy, were great, with lots to see, such as Manta and we got lucky and saw Mola Mola, woohoo! We dived at Manta Point and Crystal Bay, which had great visibility. A big thanks to the Neptune team, who are very friendly and professional, and a special shout out to the amazing Herry, the Mola Mola whisperer!!

The company and the team made it very comfortable the whole time. I couldnt have asked for more ticking this off my bucket list. They even handed out sea sick pills which I was thankful for. The spots we went to were great the manta rays were awesome i even found nemo. I would definitely recommend this to others

I can’t recommend Neptune enough. If you’re looking for the perfect way to experience Bali’s unique marine life, this would be the way to go.Our guide, Noe, was very experienced and helpful throughout the entire way. His knowledge and expertise made it all the more smooth and enjoyable. Noe took amazing videos of us during our dives and we got to see such a wide variety of marine life.Neptune was very accommodating with all our needs- providing lunches, water, and gear. They had great facilities at the dive center, and helped us with a refresher the day before our dive.Thank you to Neptune for providing a truly memorable experience!

Had a brilliant time today. Small group but packed with enjoyment! No nonsense approach, has a 'safely first' image. Modern van and own boat used. Pickup and drop off included. So much better than the other diving company I used last week! Happy to recommend no doubt!

What an incredible diving experience with Neptune! They’re highly organized and super efficient both on and off the boat. From the moment I walked in, the company knew how to take care of me. From arranging a car pick up for me because I was staying a bit further away in Canggu, to having coffee ready for me at the shop and a non drowsy sea sickness pill (just in case), to doing a refresher dive with my dive master (bc it’s been 3 years since I last went diving), everything was so thoughtfully arranged. I felt safe and taken care of the whole time. The dives were incredible!! We saw so many things from Manta rays to sea turtles, nudi branches, mantis shrimp, moray eels. Their lunch meal was also delicious, and the staff made sure we were well fed and hydrated throughout the entire day. I had the best time, and Neptune is probably one of the best dive shops I’ve ever gone to. HIGHLY recommend!!

Top notch Dive Company. Professional standards shone through, from initial enquiry to completion of a days diving. Great facilities, helpful and attentive staff and delicious lunch/snacks provided. Top marks for the sustainable approach to lunch boxes, cutlery and the like. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat. To the side, saw the Manta rays, lots of turtles, endless coral, amazing fish .. and all in warm waters.

Wonderful experience, even my partner who can’t swim, who’s never scuba dived had the best time. We saw the manta rays, sea turtles, all sorts of tropical fishes and corals and so much more. Would definitely recommend all 3 ocean dives.We both had excellent instructors. Adi for my partner who was very professional, kind and patient, and mine was incredible though I sadly can’t remember his name!!! A massive thank you to both and others at the facility.

My newly-certified son and I had the pleasure of diving with Zero Gravity to Nusa Penida at Manta Point, Crystal Cove, and some drift diving at Nusa Lembongan. The outfit was not the cheapest option out there compared to some local dive shops in Nusa Dua where we were staying, but we settled on it because of the number of reviews that emphasized safety, and we were not disappointed. They went out of their way to make us feel safe and prepared. The boat they showed us was not the boat we eventually used, which was a mild disappointment, but we had a great time with the other dive operators on the Epsilon Cruiser. Our guide Putra was a bit difficult to understand at times since English wasn’t his first language, especially during the dive briefs, but he was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating to beginners. The lunch wasn’t to my son’s liking since Balinese food wasn’t his thing, but hey, more for me. It was delicious. We appreciated the photos and videos that helped us remember my son’s first “real” dive. Thank you, Zero Gravity!

Everything was first class. The dive master was excellent and so were the people in the shop who treated me like a king. I would recommend them highly.

My wife and I have been super excited about diving with manta ray’s for a very long time and we weren’t disappointed. Visibility was great and at one point we had 7 mantas swim past in a row. They get very close to you. The next dive site was also very good, again great vis, lots of coral to see, millions of fish, turtles, moray eels just to name a few. Neptune dive company are very organised, picked us at our hotel, their facilities are first rate, because they get all your personal details up front, this enables the crew to have all the equipment ready to go, correct sizes all upon arrival Quick trip to the Sanur to get on the speed boat. The boats are a little tight if you have a full boat like we did. One thing to note- the companies combine together to fill the speed boat up. We had 4 different companies on our speed boat, with some divers just learning to dive. Lunch is provided which was good but the location for lunch could be improved. Lunch was on the island, sitting on a jetty just near the boat. Not very comfortable. The rest of day was very good. Our dive guide was very good at finding lots of interesting things to look out.

If you’re going diving in Bali, Neptune is absolutely the shop I recommend. Thanks to them, we had the best diving experience ever — we got to see both manta rays and a mola mola! Because of that, we didn’t get too tired and were able to fully enjoy other activities after diving.⚫︎ Professional and friendly staffNina san, the staff member who handled our booking, replied very quickly and kindly to every message. She resolved all our concerns in advance. Our dive master, Agung san, seems young but he is incredibly professional. He led us safely through our fun dives and amazed us with his ability to spot marine life — we saw a manta on our first dive and a mola mola on the second! All the other staff members were also very friendly, creating a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere.⚫︎ Charter private boat is also recommendedIf your budget allows, I definitely recommend chartering the private boat. We chartered it on our second day and were taken to Blue Corner and other less-crowded dive spots — it was totally worth it. The charter fee was very reasonable compared to other shops.At first, we hesitated because their price seemed a little high. But in the end, choosing Neptune was the best decision we could’ve made. We’ll definitely come back next time. Diving in Bali was simply amazing!
