Outside our cruise ship is the bus stop 300m to the left. Organised with printed list of all bookings for the time and date. Map and headset to plug in description in multiple languages depending on channel. You are in an air conditioned bus. Worth every penny. Map is useful for an afternoon walk back to some of the sites. Hop on hop off feature very popular too.

Booked a day trip to Postojna Caves and Predjama Castle from Trieste based on the high rating which SKV has deservedly received.Great communication with Grega in advance of the trip and thoroughly enjoyed his company on the day, getting some of the history of the country and the sights, as well as his general friendly chat.Was great to have a private trip and not be stuck with a firm timeline of a shared or organised tour.Can’t recommend highly enough.

Grega was a very knowledgeable tour guide who was very invested in ensuring we had a nice visit. Ljubljana is delightful, and I learned a lot about the country and city.

BOOK with CATERINA TORELLA! What a wonderful person. Immediately felt like I've known her for years. Charming, fun and accommodating. Caterina has a wide knowledge of the City and it's history. You can tell she loves Milan and is passionate about sharing it's story and promoting local vendors and restaurants. She knows ALL the best places!! She referred us to a fabulous panini place and a leather shop that makes custom belts right there for you. It made for a lovely trip for me and my husband. We didn't have to fumble around and wonder where to go and what to do. Our tour with Caterina was absolutely lovely. He stood in lines for us, navigated us through the Duomo while narrating our tour as we viewed the architecture, statues, art and other features. She made good use of our time together and we felt like we saw a lot but did not feel rushed or like we are cramming things in. For sure, touring the Duomo would not have been as exciting and interesting with our Caterina's guidance. Our tour with Caterina was our first activity at the beginning of our trip. She totally set the vibe for our entire week. She's professional, knowledgeable and caring. Grazie Caterina!

This is a very very special experience. Fascinating. Well narrated. Train is terrific and the walking is mildly difficult if you have serious health issues. Otherwise, you should be fine. A national treasure you should see.

Mrs. Elbrich Bol made the tour extremely interesting and very informative. We (a 14 person group from Graz - company outing) were ALL delighted, and we don't always agree. But on this tour, we all agreed: We have never had such a great tour on our various company outings. With a lot of knowledge and interesting details, Mrs Bol made the tour of Trieste so entertaining that everyone could (happily) have gone further.

Beautiful check with unique stained glass. The detailed craftsmanship is unmatched!Our only issue is the party that sent us the tickets was not clear which ticket to use.

Absolutely lovely tour with Mina, she was incredibly knowledgeable and arranged all of the museum entrances for us so we could skip the line. It was amazing how detailed and nuanced each painting was, and her explanations really made sense. Much recommended!

Anna was an engaging and interesting guide. The cycling was safe and good fun. Would highly recommend. An excellent way to gain an introduction to Trieste.

Great day exploring Piran and Koper. Dave gave a very personalized tour for us. We ended with wine tasting at sunset! Just wonderful.
