My friends and I enjoyed our time at Cachasol in Punta Mita. The ambiance of the farmhouse distillery is beautiful, rustic and verdant. The tasting was great—the ceviche pairs so well with the tequila! James "Monty" Montero who founded and owns the place is such a nice guy! Plus, the locals who work there are super friendly. I LOVED the skinny-ish margarita—so delicious! I enjoyed the Cachasol tequila so much that I ordered a bottle to be shipped back to the U.S. Check out this spot! Show up with an empty stomach and prepare to be tipsy when you leave! Cheers!

I really enjoyed our visit to Cachasol. The grounds were beautiful, and the tour explaining the historical process of how Raicilla is made was fascinating. The tequila tasting was arranged in a way that enhanced the flavors beautifully. To top it all off, the delicious food prepared in an outdoor kitchen was the icing on the cake. I even bought a bottle of Raicilla to take home and enjoy!

High marks for this tour. Maho was super knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Not only did the tour feel well-curated, with origin stories about the cuisine, restaurants and stands- the selections were tasty! Very special food. Highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved the Bucerías Evening Local Experience Taco Tour. It was one of those experiences that combines great food with the opportunity to learn more about the local culture and meet some of the people who call Bucerías home.Our guide, Maho, was a delight. He has such a warm and humorous personality, while also being very attentive to the needs of everyone in the group. At each stop, he shared interesting information about the history and background of the different tacos we were trying. I have been eating tacos for years, but I still learned so much from his explanations. For example, I had no idea that limes originated in Asia rather than the Americas!During the tour, you get to try five different tacos as well as a churro. I have to eat gluten-free, and Maho was very attentive to this and made sure I was served corn tortillas at every stop. I wasn’t able to have the churro, of course, but there was still plenty of food to enjoy.My favorite was the volcán taco. I had never tried one before, and I loved the combination of the crispy tortilla, delicious al pastor meat, and cheese. It was definitely one of the highlights of the evening.One thing to know before booking is that there is a fair amount of walking, including some uphill sections. I would estimate that we walked about a mile to a mile and a half during the tour. If that amount of walking is difficult for you, this may not be the right tour. I would also recommend bringing a water bottle. You can purchase water at the restaurants, and partway through the tour you stop at an OXXO where bottled water is included, but Bucerías can be hot and humid, so having water with you while walking between stops is helpful. If you have fair skin, sunscreen is also a good idea since portions of the walk are in the sun.This was a wonderful way to spend an evening in Bucerías, and I would gladly take the tour again. Highly recommended.

At both side of the transportation, the drivers were fantastic. They were helpful and shared great information about Puerto Vallarta.

The trip didn't get started on the brightest of notes when our guide Rail notified us that Downtown will be closed due to it being the independence day. It wasn't his fault, but we were excited to tour downtown and walk the Malecon. But they took us a different church when we told us we were excited to go to our Lady of Guadalupe church and accommodated us every turn. Hector was very funny and it was a great duo keeping us company and explaining everything. Highly recommended. Beautiful drive to the restaurant and the food was fabulous. Didn't even know there were going to be animal showings and we enjoyed that immensely. We got lucky with our guide and driver and hope this is just the standard experience for all to enjoy.

Great introduction to the gastronomy that Sayulita has to offer!Marco was an excellent tour guide through Sayulita’s restaurant scene. We were taken to spots in the downtown core to try some tasty tacos and tequila. He was able to teach us the traditional tacos and the various salsas that pair perfectly with them. Who knew there was a proper way to drink tequila?!Thank you Marco for a wonderful evening! Much love from two Canadians - we highly recommend this tour!

My partner & I had such a good time on the horseback riding excursion with Carlos. The horses were well trained & well kept. Riding on the beach was the highlight of my year. We got great photos and a very fun tequila tasting later with Nico. Viva Mexico!

We had a wonderful introduction to birding with Katja. Her tour is perfect for a peaceful and educational journey into the jungle right outside Sayulita, and how to spot its many beautiful birds. Our groups were interested both in being immerse in the reality of the jungle and also being introduced in the practice of birding so this was a perfect tour for us...

a varied experience for having more than 1 zipline, the two guides were very kind, always attentive to helping and guiding us at every step, an incredible view, and my advice would be to drink water because there is a stretch of hiking, and to bring extra money for a photo package that they offer.

Absolute best way to finish a week in Mexico with the family. Christian and Jaime who handled the zipline tour were amazing. Made sure all of us felt safe and comfortable while flying over the jungles canopy. First time for all of us doing a zipline, we will be doing this again on the next trip and each one after. Rode 10 lines with each one unique.The photographer worked very hard to make sure we had great images of the fun.The ATV tour was really great and unique. You get to ride through the local town, run up some rocky hills, and splash through pools of water.The only “bad” thing I would note was the food. They really took advantage of us with the food, $125 USD for chicken tenders, shrimp burrito s, and a couple milkshakes. The milkshakes were good, the food was not impressive for how great the property and activities were.Besides that we could have spent all day on the ranch. Staff is all friendly and accommodating to ensure you leave with a smile.

Highly recommended tour, you really won't regret it

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided some historical information about Bucerias, the places we visited and of course the tacos!

It was an amazing experience! Went with our family including minors and the service was exceptional! The tequila and food were delicious and the grounds are breath taking!
