Jackson Hole Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

Great experience. Aspen our guide was great. The views were spectacular. But mostly the horses were obviously very well taken care of and loved.

Alexis was fabulous!! The only request I had for our trip was a moose sighting and she found 6! She was super fun, friendly, knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife, and took excellent care of our group. Would highly recommend Alexis, 10:10.

Tabby was an excellent choice for our boat, very knowledgeable about the area and history of snake river!!👍

My family went on the 4 hour evening wildlife tour in the Grand Teton park. The meeting place was easy to find in Jackson. Transportation: We were traveling in comfortable vans into the park. The vans had a several hatches in the roof. This is a nice feature as it allows us to view wildlife from the safety of the van. We could also exit the van when it was safe to do so. Amenities: Snack and drinks were provided. Good quality binoculars were also provided which enhanced the viewing experience. Guide: Mark was our guide. He was great. It was easy to talk with him and he answered our many questions. He is very knowledgeable about the wildlife we were hoping to see. Mark led us on a great adventure to see bison, elk, pronghorn and the best overall a mother grizzly and cub. EcoTours provided us with a great tour and I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

This was my first time riding a horse ever, and it was so much fun! The wranglers, especially Rebecca, were so helpful and encouraging. They made the experience even more fun and the 90 minute ride went by way too fast. I couldn’t recommend this ranch enough!

Our tour guide, Navina, was wonderful! We saw four moose, two herds of bison, and elk! The information she shared was awesome. Highly recommend this tour. All park fees included plus the ferry ride in price.

John was awesome. He set his spotting scope and got us closeup pictures of a moose family. Also found two bald eagles we would have never seen without his knowledge. We also saw deer, fox and elk. He took to picturesque views of the Tetons next to the lake.

We have been to Jackson/Teton multiple times and this was the first time we took the tram! Great experience. The views were awesome as was the ride up and back. One suggestion would be to get there early. As we were leaving the tram was packed with riders coming up. The hot chocolate was wonderful and the waffles looked yummy, although we had already had breakfast. Highly recommend. If you are height sensitive, you can stay away from the edge of the deck.

We loved Lilly, our guide. She was very friendly, and desirous of helping us enjoy our float. The time on the water let us get a great understanding of the landscape in the area. Beautiful in Fall.

Brian was incredible!! He was very knowledgable and took us to see many beautiful things on our trip! We saw multiple moose and the Teton's from just about every angle possible. Our trip was on time, van was clean and comfortable, food was good.

Covered a lot of the area. Such beautiful scenery. Gordon was a great tour guide, and very knowledgeable.

I spent 5 days with Liam in and around Yellowstone. We covered around 100km including Mt Washburn, Avalanche Peak, Mt Bunsen, Specimen Ridge, the main waterfalls and a variety of Geysers. Once away from the rosds we largely had the place to ourselves and Liam was excellent at providing insights and spending 5 days toy1-1 was, very importantly, good to be around. Easy and interesting company. The walk to Specimen Ridge through the wild and open spaces of the park was on reflection maybe the highlight. But hard to choose. I also really enjoyed the hike up to Mt Bunsen and the visit to the Waterfall.I would thoroughly recommend Liam and Guides of Jackson Hole. I have done quite a few of these over the years and this experience was as good as any. Neil
