Houston Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

Very nice experience very beautiful horses. Extremely peaceful and the staff was super nice. Just needs to be a little livelier

Santiago was a great guide! Very knowledgable, and told history and stories well. Absolutely recommend !

Excellent tour from start to finish! Guide is very knowledgeable and gave us information that we would not have known.

20/10 experience, the ranch is beautiful, the horses were amazing, the trail guides and employees customer service was amazing. Would I go back….. UHHHHHH YESSSSSSSS!!! This was our first time riding horses and the experience was incredible!Thank you again Cypress trail.

Our shuttle driver, Mike, was on time and friendly. The tour guide, Meredith, was friendly and knowledgeable. We felt like we got to see so much more because of our guide. She told us things we wouldn’t have known without her. We would recommend this tour.

Diana is a great guide! The tour was so interesting and entertaining. I am a native Texan and have lived in Houston for years and I learned so much! It is equally an architectural tour and tunnel tour. Highly recommend!

We all had an awesome time!! Suggestion that it would have been excellent if you guys had a cafe/smoothies/more cold beverages grab and go food options for lunch . Because we were there for the history tour at 12 pm and then stayed after waiting for the Art exhibit at 1 pm and would have totally bought food ect.

My niece really wanted to visit Texas for her 9th birthday. So being the uncle I am went scoop her up from Mississippi from Louisiana and then to Texas we went. I booked this for us to do along with the discovery green pumpkin festival! This was definitely a great place to get out the sun and cool down along with have some fun with the kid(s)! It was really neat to see everything they can do and participate in. Really neat place and will definitely be going again. Whether it’s the location in my town or back to Houston. :)

Very immersive and they had complementary snacks!!

It was an amazing experience. Such a beautiful feat of engineering, architecture, history and power. As a water plant operator in another city it was truly awesome to see the Cistern and its beauty. It makes me have a whole new appreciate for those who came before me and built something so grand and functional to be able to service the community and give them safe/clean water for many years until it fulfilled its purpose. It is amazing that they let us tour it and give us so much history behind the Cistern.

Was quite excited to visit NASA & see around everything. The area is so big & so many interesting things to see & gathered so much information. Thankfully it was not so crowded when we visited. We stayed for almost 4 hours but didn’t realize when the time flew away.

The show was fun, exciting, amazing, funny and totally entertaining! My lady and I loved it so much. We would definitely do it again.

Amazed at the incredible variety and SO MUCH information and so easy to see and read and enjoy. Certainly got more that expected! Not crowded, nice and tidy, safe and out of the heat outside!

This was a fun group activity. The different rooms you get to experience and you also can get pictures in each room for future memories.

Nice way to discover the city, and to see it all. Great history and opportunity to see murals. Would do again

Bucket list ticked. As a child of the 60’s who grew up watching the Apollo missions this was a must do trip while in the area. The fact that we got to see the original Mission Control with big tv screens and monitors which still work was amazing
