The tour was exceptional!!! The Gardens and the castle is something we are so glad we got to see and walk through!!! A True Love Story!!! Joe Joyce and his border collies on the sheep farm are great!!! It was a great experience to watch the dogs at work while they collected the sheep from the mountain side at Joes whistle commands!!! This tour was simply awesome. Our guide Brian was stellar. He shared history, anecdotes and was truly an expert. He was funny and poignant and a true joy to spend the day with. It did not hurt that he spent a few years in Boston where we are from.The Cliffs are stunning in their own right and seeing the Aran Islands at the same time was a bonus and would highly recommend doing both. This was a small group offering and it was more intimate and conversational throughout the day.Brian set the gold standard for a guide and my husband, and I have been on many tours traveling and Brian's energy and passion about Ireland really shone through.

Owen, our guide was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much history and anecdotal information. Kylemore Abbey was stunning. Meeting the sheep dogs and their owner and seeing how they work in a live demo was amazing. There were also 5 day old puppies the day we arrived which we could cuddle and were absolutely amazing. The owner shared the joys and challenges of maintaining sheep on the hills which was interesting and provided a glimpse into a centuries old tradition. Highly recommend the tours and the small group format made it more intimate and encouraged lots of questions.

Had a wonderful day trip of the Cliffs of Moher and one of the Aran Islands. Our tour guide Kenny did a great job of taking care of us. He was knowledgeable and entertaining! Would highly recommend this tour when in Ireland!

Patrick was our tour guide and he was wonderful! He was funny, had great recommendations and really cared about us having a great time on the tour. Unfortunately, we couldn’t cruise underneath the Cliffs of Moher but that was because of how high the waves were which makes sense. Even the ride back that day from the island was a little choppy - totally not within anyone’s control. Patrick helped everyone around on the island, in figuring out what kind of a tour we each wanted and to tailor it to our own experience. We did the mini tour bus on the island, it’s about 15 euros but we got to see the shipwreck and the castle up top - and hear about it all, which was super cool!

The entire tour was great! Tommy our driver and guide was phenomenal. Love the historical knowledge Tommy bestowed upon us. Great driving too!!!! Thank you Tommy. Aran Island tour by horse and carriage was fantastic. Billy and his son Collum and horse Molly was top notch. Thank you!

Great experience! The 8am tour was fantastic because the Cliffs were a lot less busy than when we left at 11:30. Super easy and our bus driver was awesome.

All fine - have good walking shoes and be prepared for rain. A power bank advisable. On one of the buses there is possibility next each seat to charge mobiles - not in the other.

We had an amazing trip. And the rainbow framing the Cliffs of Moher was the icing on the cake 🇮🇪🍀🌈🌊

What a great experience. The tour took us all over beautiful parts of Galway, and Candela had amazing stories to share with our group at different destinations. So glad we booked this tour!

Okay..where to start ? This was soooo much fun !! This was definitely my favorite activity that we did in Ireland ! Now granted I am a rider (dressage) but I just loved this tour and I'll tell you why. The tour operator, Peter, is : 1. hilarious 2. a VERY good horseman (to find someone who is a true "horseman" is rare) 3. he took the time to match up each horse with each rider. But in all fairness he has trained his string of horses so well that even one of the ladies who had no riding experience did just fine 4. his other helper , Jasmine, was very knowledgeable and also very kind 5. the areas that we rode in and out of were Gorgeous (Texan here-where everything is dry and brown) 6. Mary (who I only talked with over text) handled the logistics and was very kind as well. 7. ****HANDS DOWN best tour****!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE book with Mountain View Horse Riding Centre-you will not be disappointed !
