We made a game drive in Ngorongoro Crater with our guides Alex and Omar. They were really friendly and told us interesting information about the animals and environment. We laughed a lot and i can only recommend it.

Arusha Coffee Lodge, Tangerine Treetops Lodge and Serengeti Migration Camp Lodge provided 5 star lodging, food, service, and extras. The hospitality was top notch. We were a group of 4 (2 couples ) taken to 3 different locations in Tanzania to see up close a total of 42 animals which included The Big Five, Carnivores, Herbivores, Primates, and Birds. This is my 6th hot air balloon flight, and this team and organization took it to another level. It is beyond luxury, even in the bush, national park conditions. PIlot Nick and his team are an example how a superb professionalism, friendliness and customer service should look like!

We had a wonderful safari with the best guide we could have imagined. Masatu had 17 years’ experience and knew all the best spots for spotting animals. He also took our needs into account (such as toilet stops) and was more than happy to answer all our questions about the animals. Simply the best way to spend a morning! We took a flight over Tarangire national park with captain Andrew. Collected before dawn by Alfred who excitedly shared his love for animals. On route we got to see two honey badgers - soooo exciting, amongst many zebras, giraffes, elephants and various antelopes. The launch was simple - what a great team! Andrew gave clear instructions and was as excited as us to be flying over many wild animals and the beauty of the African bush. After the flight, for which words are not adequate, we went for breakfast overlooking the vast plains so we could enjoy incredible service and superb views. Wow! What an experience! Even the loos have a view ☺️

This was a new experience for us, and we enjoyed it. The highlight was our captain, Baris, whose energy and fun personality made the experience especially memorable. The breakfast was good, and the pickup and drop-off arrangements were smooth and convenient.

The Miracle Experience hot air balloon was unbelievable. Not only was the experience beautiful and so much fun, the staff were incredibly organized, accommodating, and so nice. The whole trip from start to finish was such a fun, unique and once in a lifetime experience. When you arrive it’s early because it has to be based on the sunrise, but they have coffee and treats for you upon arrival and nice bathrooms being in the middle of the Serengeti. My husband and I had never been in a hot air balloon, and it was truly remarkable seeing the Serengeti from above and watching the sunrise while you’re there. After the balloon they gave us a sweet and delicious bush breakfast and celebrated everyone’s honeymoon like ours. It made us feel super special and taken care of! ❤️ they also had a professional photographer that took some beautiful photos. We would do it again in a heartbeat!
