Fantastic experience, now we understand why they call it Miracle

Our Mother & Daughter trip to Lake Manayara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was beyond all expectations. Filbert, our guide, teacher and now friend, gave us the most unforgettable experience of Tanzanias wildlife, nature and its incredible people. We will definitely come again using Takims Holidays and we will be asking for Filbert. Asante Sana!

We had an absolutely incredible time. Everything was perfect ! We loved every minute of our trip & we look forward to booking our next one inshallah.

We made a game drive in Ngorongoro Crater with our guides Alex and Omar. They were really friendly and told us interesting information about the animals and environment. We laughed a lot and i can only recommend it.

What can I say.. Absolutely amazing from the prebrieve at our tented camp and pickup to final delivery to our driver. Our pilot, Captain Baris, was just so professional and attentive. He ensured everybody was involved in a good time. All services were above and beyond from the welcomers to the flight team to the breakfast team and the breakfast itself. Cannot recommend Miracle balloon safari in Kogatenfe enough!!

Excellent safari! Thank you to Raymond, our guide, and to Takims staff for a pleasant and adventurous journey. Arusha Coffee Lodge, Tangerine Treetops Lodge and Serengeti Migration Camp Lodge provided 5 star lodging, food, service, and extras. The hospitality was top notch. We were a group of 4 (2 couples ) taken to 3 different locations in Tanzania to see up close a total of 42 animals which included The Big Five, Carnivores, Herbivores, Primates, and Birds. We had a wonderful safari with the best guide we could have imagined. Masatu had 17 years’ experience and knew all the best spots for spotting animals. He also took our needs into account (such as toilet stops) and was more than happy to answer all our questions about the animals. This was my third balloonride and the least thrilling despite the surroundings: A) during pickup ride we came across a leopard that climed up a tree - the tree got surrounded by 10 jeeps that all shone powerful lights at the poor animal that kept climbing higher B) the start of the flight had to be restarted twice with none reassuring shorts of (”the rope is too Short, donwe have anothe (arent they Fixed length))” and ”Not blue, needs to be Red” (which color rope Will I pull at?) and we missed sunrise C) the route had 5 balloons on it and flew over very barren, dusty land near the village of Serona rather then bush, seemingly a very fixed route that is flown daily in large numbers. D) the balloon was kept at 20-100 m height requiring very frequent heating that visibly frightened every animal we saw. Last flying over a group of hippos at about 10 m ”you will get a good view of them here on the backside, when they come up for air”The captain was clearly experienced, loved the job and created a good atmosphere among tense passengers.The breakfast after was fabulous.I had anticipated a silent ride that would not frighten the animals, based on my two earlier rides at other locations. As with any safari its clear you don’t know how much and what animals Will be seem but the ground here seemed so barren it was surpricing to see!So in all a split experience, not the expected highlight, but clearly not something to leave undone either. Would look into options.

We had a wonderful flight with great viewing and weather. Everything was perfect …. from pick up, excellent pilot and flight, great breakfast, wonderful ground crew and drop off! Highly recommended.

This was an amazing experience and if you are travelling to the Serengeti, a hot air balloon ride is an absolute must do. Within 5 minutes of being in the air we spotted wildebeest crossing the river! What a sight! The rest of the flight was just as exceptional and being so quiet and travelling at treetop height, we were able to see the animals closeup.The only downside was our driver who arrived 40 minutes late. He had overslept. Pretty disappointing especially when we had set the alarm and been up at 4am for the experience. Hopefully it was a one off and won’t happen to you.

Incredible experience, not to be missed! If you have the opportunity and are sitting on the fence, just do it - you won't regret it! Our captain, Rammy was excellent, funny and made our experience memorable. The bush breakfast afterwards was amazing too.

A wonderful experience. Such a different perspective of the Serengeti from above than down on the ground. Wildebeests, Zebra, Elons! And surrounding landscapes from the sky. It was magnificent and so is this company. They are organized, friendly, knowledgeable and safe. I highly recommend their services.

This was so amazing ! We loved going all the animals and the Serengeti from the sky! Our guide was fabulous and it was such a smooth ride! The breakfast, entertainment and bathrooms with a view were great as well.
