We didn't lose a big part of the afternoon waiting around. The scheduled entry helped us plan the rest of our sightseeing, and the audio guide made the actual visit more informative.

We chose a morning time and were happy with the decision. We finished the visit and still had most of the day available for exploring Florence.

I received what I expected. Through the app, I got a voucher and via WhatsApp a ticket, with which I could enter the bell tower, the cathedral, the dome museum, and the baptistery.

The visit was a continuous thrill and the company provided the tickets in adavnce smooth entrance , security check in line was very crowded but its take 10-15 minutes , highly recommanded

We were in Florence in June as a couple with our parents and in-laws – and the City Pass was a great decision!You already have a lot of admissions, which means less stress on site and no long queues, especially at highlights such as the Duomo, Uffizi or Palazzo Pitti – especially in the heat a real plus.Important: You should really read everything that is included in the pass and how it works with the reservations beforehand. Once you understand this, everything works great – it went smoothly with us anyway.Especially in a small group and with parents it was totally pleasant not to have to constantly search for tickets. Everything was well planned and we could really enjoy the time on site.We have tried City Passes on other trips – the Florence Pass is definitely one of the best for us.Clear recommendation for those who want to experience Florence without planning stress!

Florence is a beautiful city for art lovers. With the Florence City Pass I had all the attractions I wanted to visit right in my pocket. A small shortcoming that tickets for the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery must be picked up before visiting, but after reading closely, this was no problem either. Turbopass, gladly again!

The structure is incredible and the interior is breathtaking but the time allotted to us was cut short as a wedding was scheduled 20 minutes after our given timeframe.

We found this tour to be of good value. Visiting the cathedral is free but we were glad to have the option from this tour to skip the line and have an informative tour guide. We picked the 3:15 time slot, which was the last time selection of the day. You still have to wait in line but it was maybe a five minute wait for us, which was much appreciated given the heat on an August afternoon. Our tour guide was very informative and managed the group well. Highly recommend this short tour!

The skip-the-line ticket was absolutely worth it! The Uffizi Gallery is incredible, and being able to enter without waiting in the long lines made the whole experience so much smoother. Everything was well-organized, and I had plenty of time to enjoy the masterpieces at my own pace. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Florence!

We were in Florence for three days at the beginning of May 2025 and used the Turbopass. Overall, a good decision: Many of the most important museums and sights are included, and especially at the Uffizi Gallery and the Galleria dell’Accademia, the reserved admission was really worth gold – without the pass we would have queued for a long time.What we noticed positively: The processing by email went smoothly and you had everything digitally with you. The included audio guide for the city was also a nice addition.However, you should take a close look at the passport and the description in detail. Some museums have to be reserved in advance – we didn’t immediately realise that and almost led to disappointment. In addition, it should be noted that the Turbopass does not offer an unlimited “fast lane” function, but rather mediates fixed time slots.Overall, a very practical solution for a compact stay in Florence – but you have to read the conditions carefully to make the most of everything.

I recommend you that if its your first time using turbopass, to as soon as you arrive to your destination go to Touristation, they will help you make the best of the turbo pass. Uffizi Gallery is a stunning collection of art and thanks to the pass, you can collect the ticket very easily.
