I originally booked a similar tour through Cool Destinations, however, the CAF company directly sent me a WhatsApp saying that the tour was not going to happen and that I needed to cancel. At first I thought it was very sketchy, to be honest, but then they offered me other options and I did some research on the tours they have. My friend and I decided to book the small tour to Cinque Terre through their website and all the time I was able to ask questions to the person wha was sending me the WhatsApp’s about the tour. The day of the tour, check in was very easy and they were very kind. Our guide was Faby and I can’t even describe how wonderful she was. The way she spoke to the group was always with kindness and patience. Our driver, Daniele, was also very polite. Navigating the trains and the ferry was super easy thanks to Faby, and that gives us the opportunity to enjoy fully our time in Cinque Terre. I will highly recommend this tour to my friends that are thinking of visiting Florence this summer.

My trip today with Constantino and Fabio was pleasurable and educational. They were the quintessential professionals. Fabio’s navigational skills and maneuverability of the narrow bends of the road was magnificent. Constantino’s historical knowledge of Cinque Terre was one for the books , as well as his patience for some in the group who disregarded his orders. Complete professionalism exhibited.

As Marta says, this excursion is a perfect "appetizer" to discover the five lands and make you want to return. Marta is a guide who clearly makes the difference: smiling, available, pleasant, good advice she knew how to contribute fully to the kon unfolds this day. Despite many people on the 3 different villages visits, we were able to appreciate the beauty of the place. And congratulations to Marta for these few notions in French 😉

First of all our guide, Marta, was exceptional. She loaded us with information, answered questions, made sure no one was left behind, and was very fun, kind and professional. Marta was a big part of making this trip enjoyable. The towns that we visited were so beautiful and interesting. The lunch that was included was wonderful too! Lots of walking but also lots to see ( and eat and drink). It was a great tour and I highly recommend it to anyone. About of to Carlo our bus driver who did a great job keeping us all safe. The tour guide Tabitha was super helpful and informative despite us not necessarily paying for her service. She helped us have all the info we needed to adventure on our. We had a phenomenal time. Used the transfer to and from Florence. Marta and Genado (driver) could not have been more accommodating. Navigating that bus was not small feat. Would recommend.

My husband and I just got back from our tour to Cinque Terre from Florence! We had a wonderful guide, Reynata and our driver, Manuelo, were wonderful too. We were able to explore each area for at least an hour and had lunch included. The most beautiful part was the towns on the sides of the cliff and the beautiful coast! We even had a nice boat ride to one of the towns. I am so glad we were able to view this part of Italy.
