Alex drove us from Tijuana to our resort in Valle de Guadalupe and back, and also a 12 hour wine tasting tour. He was early, sent his location via WhatsApp, and met us at a very clear and obvious location. The car was clean and very comfortable. He drove so smoothly, even on bumpy dirt roads in Valle. He provided snacks and water free of charge. He stopped for us for a pit stop. We hired Valle Encantado Experience last year, and we were so pleased we hired him again. Tell Alex any long or short driving needs you have (rides to dinner, etc), and either he or one of his other drivers will accommodate you. Would hire Alex again and again. Highly recommended.

If you are in doubt to book this tour l, don’t think it twice and just do it! This is my second time using UVA Experience and Alejandra was our tour guide and she is extremely knowledgeable! This company books your tours and waits for you while you enjoy your time ! It is very worth booking so you can comfortably enjoy the vineyards without having to worry about driving or reservations. Excellent service, great driving by Alexis. Easily found him after walking across the border (he provided location sharing). Good, safe driver, and fun to talk to. Clean car with snax and bottled waters. Highly recommend as a way to get to Valle de Guadalupe would love if they provided a driver service around Valle in the future, no auber available. To restaurants from hotel, etc.

Arturo was our driver and he could not have been more accommodating. My grasp of the spanish language leaves something to be desired and Arturo spoke english very well. We crossed the border an hour earlier than our noon meeting time. We messaged Art and he met us promptly. After a quick stop at a local market for a bottle of tequilla we were off to Puerto Nuevo. When we arrived Art took us to his reccomend restaurant overlooking the water and we could not have been more happy with the drinks, food, and entertainment. I would definitely reccomend taking this trip to anyone who would like to make a quick day tip across the border.

The food there is awesome. Little bit expensive with the souvenirs around there. One guy showed me cheaper souvenirs over at the market. Loved my trip.

Marco was really nice and knowledgeable in the region. I had booked all the places before going to the region, but Marco was able to call each of the place and adjust based on the time spent at each place. All communication before was done with Eric, who was very responsive. Marco also is an expert at taking pictures and we were glad that he was able to share all of them afterwards as a whole set. Safe driving and passionate about the region, Marco explained the different places along the way. We ended up doing Adobe Guadalupe, Monte Xanic and Fauna with an extra visit to Ensenada town.

Book this service! Our driver Carlos was excellent and gave us great tips and recommendations for the local restaurants and wineries. We will definitely be using them again when we come back.

I felt safe and our driver Marco spoke English well, was very well informed, was friendly and polite.

The company contacted us a day prior to travel to schedule a pick up time and location. We knew exactly where to meet our driver, Chris when we crosssed the San Ysidro border into TJ. Chris allowed us to stop on the way to Valle de Guadalupe to grab some drinks and snacks for the 1.5 hour ride. He told us some great places to taste wine/eat during the drive. He is definitely a local expert. When we arrived at our Airbnb in the valley we didn’t realize how difficult transportation was going to get and we had dinner reservations within the hour. Chris, offered to take us to dinner, which was a 20min drive away, wait for us while we ate, and drive us back to our Airbnb. To add to the customer service experience, he gave us a six pack of beer when he dipped us off.This company is fantastic. Would definitely use them again!Thanks, Chris!!

We had a great day on our Puerto Nuevo excursion. Chris was a wonderful guide - so communicative, friendly, and flexible with our timing. He was also extra accommodating with my pregnant sister-in-law, and was very attentive to her needs. We loved the restaurant he took us to - the lobsters were amazingly delicious, the view was beautiful, and the experience was very memorable. Chris also took us to the lucha libre museum in Tijuana which was a lot of fun. Thank you for a great trip!

My friends and I had the most wonderful time eating & shopping in Puerto Nuevo thanks to our driver Chris! He picked us up right in front of the Roma Pharmacy as directed. It was literally right across the street when we crossed into Mexico. Chris made our tour extra special by accommodating our every request (bathroom stop & churro hunt) he supplied us water and encouraged us to take our time shopping. I can't say enough great things about him! We will definitely use his services again when we go to Valle de Guadalupe wine trip!
