I brought my Daughter to deer run for her 21st Birthday. (I myself had never been to a wine tasting.) Kim and Megan were great. Kim explained the wines to us and Megan was our host for lunch. I recommend Deer run winery 100%. We left with 2 bottles from the tasting. Great experience and welcoming atmosphere

Five stars! This was hands down the best way to experience the Finger Lakes. The luxury vehicle was spotless and comfortable, making the day relaxing and stress-free. Yaumaris was friendly, knowledgeable, and took us to some incredible wineries. Everything was perfectly organized, and the service was outstanding. If you’re looking for a first-class wine tour, this is it. Highly recommend!

Our greeting wasn’t the warmest, so it started out on a sour note. Cheryl brought us our wine and described all the items and asked if we had any questions. The presentation of our cheese and chocolate was lackluster, the pairing menu mentioned Kalamata olives that weren’t on our platter and the rest seemed thrown together. The owner came in and introduced himself and he changed our whole experience. If it wasn’t for his hospitality our rating would have been lower. Debbie was very nice and accommodating, but we kind of felt the package we bought wasn’t worth the attention from the staff. We did find a delicious white wine and port that we purchased prior to leaving. Thank you Scott, hope to see you again in the future.

Well, worth the cost people that work there were great. Wine tasting was a fun activity prior to dinner at galene's around the corner.

Our Hostess - Kim - gave a warm welcome and quick intro. My wife and I were given a flight of 4 wines to enjoy. There were 2 whites and 2 reds. Each was 3 ounces! There was also good cheese and a small chocolates. Each pairing was explained. We had a great visit and bought a couple bottles!

The visit to Deer Run Winery was wonderful. We were met by our host Kim who introduced us to the Winery and gave a beautiful explanation of the facility in introducing the wines we tasted. We also met the owner.

Deer run is a quaint winery in the beautiful finger Lakes. Unlike many of the larger wineries which have invested into modern, large, beautifully decorated showrooms and tasting rooms, Deer run is smaller with tiny but very friendly staff. Felt more like sitting in their kitchen as 2 flights with small bowls of cheese curds, piece of Lindt chocolate and a mini peanut butter cup were left with us near a sheet of paper describing the pairings and 4 wine's characteristics.The place, on a colorful fall Friday, was pretty empty so it didn't feel 'eventful' as it was just the 2 of us left alone to sip and eat. But, it was enjoyable and we did come home with a couple of bottles of red.

Thought was a little expensive especially the chocolate pairings. Host very friendly. Enjoyed the wines.

Went to Deer Run winery with my wife. Haley was a big help recommending wines to taste. Wine was paired with cheese and chocolate. We had a nice time. Ending with the purchase of two bottles to go. Very nice experience.

I did the wine, cheese and chocolate flight. It was a lovely experience. Hailey welcomed me right in and is delightful company. She really made the experience interesting and fun. I dined in as well, so after tastings I moved to the diner area. I had their burger n chips. So delish! On my out I bought myself a bottle of Black Max ((sweet story behind the name)).
