A great experience. Sean really knows what he’s talking about. We had a great time and he was able to answer all our questions. He even gave us some tips on food for the next day. All of the breweries we went to with Sean we went back to for a second time. Definitely a great experience. I’m so glad we done this tour

Great introduction to German wine and snacks. On most of my European trips I try to take a food and wine oriented experience on the first night. Helps me get oriented to the region and I meet fellow travelers with which to swap experiences. Highly recommend this experience as it is budget friendly and met all my expectations.

We had a wine tasting for just for the 2 of us in the underground cellar. Jerome was excellent at explaining the diverse regions with the different slopes and the climate conditions of the different regions. We tried a range of wines and i really enjoyed a Sparkling Reisling Brut and a Pinot from the winery house Branewell.

Whenever we go to a city with a Hard Rock Cafe, we always have to visit it. I've been a huge fan since I was a teenager. Now I'm 57, and I still haven't collected all the Hard Rock shirts from every country!

Very nice and informative. Explanation was in English and very easy to follow. Kids, 11 and 13, also really liked it! And delicious chocolate!

We went on the sweet tour through Düsseldorf with Philipp Nieländer. We had a very nice, entertaining and varied afternoon with some sweet treats. Philipp guided us enthusiastically and happily through the old town and the Kö and gave us a lot of information about the "sweet tour", Düsseldorf and the places he showed us. I was the only English person in the group. Our guide Asli gave explanations in German then repeated everything in perfectly fluent English. We were a group of 10 and shown around the old town, told historical stories. The second bar we went to had a working micro brewery in the back. Asli gave a detailed explanation in both German and English of the whole process, explaining what makes Alt bier different from other beers. We then stopped off enroute to the final bar to get box of killepitsch miniatures from the legendary shop/bar which we drank in the street before continuing to our final destination. Would highly recommend this tour.

The wine tasting was amazing our guide was so knowledgeable and gave a brief but detailed history of the art of wine making in Germany. We sampled some amazing wine and learned so much! Definitely would recommend this tour. Was 10/10!

No holiday to Cologne would be complete without a visit to the H.R.C, been here many times over the years, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit to here. A great looking H.R.C, interior is superb, very sumptuous, great decor and furnishings, an eye catching serving bar dominates the main room and all the rock'n'roll memorabilia you would expect to find in a good H.R.C and there's plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar, its a great place to unwind in. We had just ate at the Christmas market so we were only in this H.R.C for beers ,we sat at the serving bar were we ordered kölsch beers from Sion Brauerei, these kölsch beers were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back, chilled out and planned out the day ahead while sipping our kölsch beers. A big fan of the many varieties of kölsch beers available throughout Cologne and the kölsch beers brewed by Sion Brauerei are really good, golden in colour, hoppy, bursting with taste and very easy to drink especially when served freezing cold as in this bar, it was just so good being in such a lovely bar enjoying a delicious kölsch beer and being served by staff who are genuinely pleased to see you in their bar. We really enjoyed our kölsch beers in here and the great vibe so much so that we ended up staying for another beer each before we moved on and as on every other visit to this particular H.R.C we had a great time. This H.R.C is easy to locate along Gürzenichstraße. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, open from midday. Well worth checking out if you're in the area or planning a holiday to Cologne.

Great food, nice staff, good atmosphere and delicious burgers! Not only the burger with meat, but also the vegetarian burger were very delicious.
