The driver was very knowledgeable, a good driver and very helpful. The price is a lot less than Uber when we arrived. One problem in booking on the app was a reference to tour grade hotel. It was never called out or explained when trying to book. It would result in more passengers if you explained up front. Pickup was right on time and we made it to the airport an hour after my pickup. (I was first. )

Our driver was great. On-time and talked to us the whole way to our resort. Explained the local attractions and history of the island. Great service, highly recommend 👌

We were picked up within 10 minutes of getting our luggage. Was about a 40 minute tide yo ka'anapali Beach. Nolee was a great driver and had a great attitude. Would highly recommend as we had no issues throughout the process.

Kobe was our driver/tour operator. He was naturally funny and kept the good vibes going all day. Always checking to be sure everyone had enough water and snacks/food. Made sure we got the history of the area and a special geological point of view which was great because there were teachers in our group and amateur ornithologists too! He made sure we hit all the highlights that were advertised and we felt our money was well spent and that can depend a lot on the tour guide! Would recommend Kobe to anyone thinking about this tour!

Our tour guide Sean was punctual and picked us up on time. He even offered motion sickness patches before we got on the bus. It was very clean and neat.He was such a pleasant guy to talk to. Super funny and informative of different waterfalls. He made this experience so rememberable for me and my family of 7. He made sure to remember everyone’s name (total 12 people).The tour was about eight hours. More than enough time for your moneys worth. We loved every moment of it.10/10 would ask for Sean as your tour guide!

Easy reservation process. The driver contacted me 24 hours before arrival. On arrival, the driver communicated he was outside baggage claim waiting and provided vehicle details. Very easy. The driver did his job, wasn't talkative; however, he was friendly when answering our questions. I thought the vehicle would be more commercial looking, when it was basically a personally owned vehicle.

Note: departure at Honolulu Daniel K. Inouye International Airport restrooms are downstairs, inside accessible by elevator. One has to get to the airport on your own to Hawaiian Airlines for a.quick flight. I must state that Hawaiian Airlines provided excellent service for the handicap. Once at the airport Polynesia Adventures tour takes over and arranges everything. Once at the Kahulu Airport make your way to the designated stop where you will transfer at Safeway supermarket to your tour bus. Restroom outside at airport.. After a long drive up the mountain of Haleakala National Park to the Haleakala Volcano to see the2.5 mile crater from last eruption of 1790. Bus can only go as far as the visitor's center, a lookout and restroom break. Able body tourist can hike up to the summit. They are building wind turbines there. Cool temperatures and very windy. Twice the wind almost blew my wheelchair over the cliff. Then off to Iao Valley State Park tropical rainforest to hike through the Iao Ethnobotanic Garden. Loved it and its emphasis on Hawaiian crop production ancient farming technics. From there one walks across the bridge but the uphill climb is for able bodied only. View the roaring river. At Makawao our included lunch at Hali'maile General Store restaurant, a former merchandise store now a busy popular restaurant Official entrance upfront has many steps. Handicap entrance is on the parking lot side.Good service, I believe my server was the owner. I ate fish. You have to request salt and pepper. Nonalcoholic drinks included. Afterwards we toured the glassblowing demonstration and art gallery across the street. Loved it. Next door is the Hali'imaile Distillery for a tour and tasting with a small souvenir shoppe. This organic farm makes Pineapple vodka. Afterwards we visited the Maui Tropical Plantation in Wailuku. Love this place. Tropical orchards, fruit and vegetable market, gift shop with restaurant and shop in the back . Beautiful landscaped with electic art works of wood or metal. Restrooms way in the backyard. Wish we spent more time here. Wheelchair accessible. Then homeward bound to your hotel or to Kahulu Airport.

Late night drive, driver tried to show us the updates in Lahaina but ended up explaining as best he could due to lack of light.

Great experience, just follow the pick up shuttle area or call them to know which car to get in ; as there are multiple vans outside the area

This tour was definitely a highlight of my Maui vacation. Our tour guide Marty had an extensive knowledge of the area. He causally asked about our backgrounds and focused on locations and facts that we might be more interested about. He made sure all of us had a great time and plenty of water.The road itself is so very beautiful and not to be missed. As a solo traveler I highly recommend having someone else handle the driving on this beautiful twisted road so you can take it all in.The whole tour process including arrangements, lunch, and hotel pick up went smoothly. I will definitely keep this company’s name in my back pocket for all my future visits to Maui.

Olivo Farms a beautiful destination . Very wide , unending view of Doon Valley. One can see & hear beautiful birds singing. A to admire.
