We had a wonderful tour with Katherina, who was a very knowledgeable, and really made the tour special. She took us to some interesting places. First to see pasta being made and cooked for us to sample, then on to the market area to sample local produce, including a visit to an old osteria that only sold drinks but you can take in your own food. It was a really good experience. Highly recommended.

This experience was incredible! Our tour guide Caterina was so knowledgeable and friendly. It was a full 3 hours of watching fresh pasta be made, to being served to us. Then to charcuterie, balsamic tasting and then ended with amazing gelato. Everything we got to taste on the tour was amazing, would absolutely recommend!

We had the best day with Elena and Roberta as our tour guide and driver. The day was extremely informative about the 3 places we visited! An incredible experience to go into the factories and see first hand the production of prosciutto, Parmesan and balsamic vinegar. The breakfast and lunch were amazing, along with the wine and entertainment by the staff! If you visit bologna this is the best tour!! Highly recommend!
