I could not recommend Vishal more, everything was great!! Vishal picked us up at our hotel for a half day around Lake Moraine, and guided us on the hike, adding anecdotes, stories and fun facts as we were going, and taking pictures of our group. Vishal is very friendly, respectful and resourceful. Very safe driving, we had a very comfortable van, and he even had water bottles for us. Vishal took care of everything from pick up to drop off including the park fees, etc.Vishal was super responsive by emails and texts, the booking process and communication were super smooth.We also used Vishal to transfer us from Lake Louise to Banff the following day which was also great. We took the scenic route, stopping to take pictures of the beautiful scenery along the way. Vishal sent us a list of recommended hikes, activities and restaurants for the rest of the trip which was super helpful.Safe, chill, knowledgeable, exactly the type of guide I like during my vacations with my family.

We recently used Vishal for several transfers during our family trip to Banff and Lake Louise. He picked us up from Calgary Airport upon arrival and drove us to Banff, then later transported us from the Kendrick Hotel in Banff to the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, and finally drove us back from the Fairmont to Calgary Airport at the end of our week-long stay. Vishal went above and beyond when we accidentally left some luggage behind at the airport. Even though he was already 20 minutes away, he turned around without any complaint or hesitation and helped us retrieve it. His willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. From start to finish, Vishal was excellent. He always showed up early, was extremely responsive by text and phone, and made the drives enjoyable with his friendly, personable nature. He shared wonderful information about the area, the Rocky Mountains, and gave us great suggestions on things to do and places to visit. He was also fantastic with our kids – patient, kind, and engaging the whole time. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver and guide. Vishal made our travel days smooth, informative, and fun. Booked the private service for a family of 7. We were picked up in a large, very comfortable Mercedes Sprinter that was perfect for a group our size.Our driver, Vishal, was amazing.
