The trip and tour was very good, both the driver Salvador and El Guía Rodrigo did their job excellently, Rodrigo gave us a very good explanation of Tulum

This was honestly an all around great experience! Our guide was Arturo and he made the experience fun and immersive. Tulum was great with a guide and biking in Coba was fun! There was so much history and learning about it was so fun. We didn’t expect it, but we were blessed by a Mayan medicine man before the cenote and it was really a cool cultural experience to take part in. The cenote was refreshing and the food was super tasty. Would definitely do this again!

We had a great tour guide Mundo, loved that it was a small group / small bus (less pick up time). Informative, just enough time ( Coba could have been a bit longer) .

Andres and Fernando were our driver and guide. I wouldn't have had it any other way! They were awesome, Fernando speaks at least 6 different languages, and taught us a lot, and Andres was the best driver I've had in Mexico! Not to mention the Mayan city of Tulum, Coba, and a swim in a Cenote, we're amazing! 10/10 I'm doing another trip with them, next time I'm here!

It’s a long day and lunch is more like early dinner. We didn’t eat until 4:30 pm so bring snacks and water in a travel cup. Guide was very knowledgeable about Mayan history. Also it took over 2 hours to get back to hotel because of drop offs. Bring a towel and change of clothes.

The tour and the things that look like Tulum and Coba is very good. The cenote was small but enough and beautiful, you are charged 5 dollars for life jacket that is mandatory, the buffet meal they offer had chicken, pork, rice, spaghetti, beans and salads, the drink you have to buy separately and you are forbidden to put your own water. Guide Pablo is friendly and explains things very well in Spanish, in regular English, but has saltero.I was surprised they didn't talk to you the day before to confirm pickup time or location. I called, I was told 8:50, then emailed 7:30. Then they showed up at 8:10. They were 40 minutes late, I think if I hadn’t called the central office in the morning to ask where they were after 20 minutes waiting, they might not have picked us up (I booked the tour weeks ago was not unexpected). When I called they told me there had been an accident and that's why they were late, it was a LIE, when the guide arrived he said "sorry, there was a logistics problem" wow, they forgot. They were all on the bus when we arrived, I think they had to turn. Since we were the last ones, we couldn't sit together on the whole outing my partner and I...You have to pay, part of the price, $40 park fees per person. We changed everything to pesos thinking it would be better, but it turned out it would be better priced if we paid in dollars... So paying in cash pesos in the end was like $90 (the way they make the change), and if you want to pay by card they charge you an extra 4%.If I think it is a complete excursion, and that Pablo was nice the whole excursion, he also bought a bottle of cold water for everyone and were on the bus when leaving Tulum. Only we were unlucky enough to have to wait on the street 40 minutes in the morning to be picked up and then not have a place together on the bus throughout the day... (One in front of the whole and one in the back of the whole), sites could not be changed once they were assigned:))

Transportation to the area was very tight. We went to the Cenote but none of the group dared to go in, it was pretty disgusting and was not the Va tore pictured in the ad on Cool Destinations. Food was ok and Tony our Tour guide was great.

When they said they gonna pick me up at 8:55, they really did showed up exactly at 8:55! The tour was good but a lot of free time in my opinion. I would rather have longer guided as the ruins do not have explanations on them. It says on Cool Destinations that the tax is $25 usd but the day of tour, they said it is $29 usd and not sure why it says $25 usd on Cool Destinations. I think you should get it updated. Cenote was small but fun as you can jump off the cliff. The food included was humble taco lunch. The transfer back to the resort was a mess. Seemed to have a lot of miscommunication and I ended up get back to the resort after 80 mins rather than just 20-30 mins. The driver wasn't sure where he supposed to go to and ended up going back and forth so much.

Celene was our guide for the day. She was so knowledgeable, so nice and helpful. Small group. Walked Tulum and road bikes at Cobá. Cenote was refreshing and the buffet was ok.

Our guide was very knowledgeable! The ruins were awesome! The Mayan authenticity was great! Pick up and drop off at resort entrance went well.

Zeferino was a friendly, knowledgeable guide but, due to numbers, we were split across two buses with Zeferino being on the other bus. We don't know whether he offered any information during the bus journeys that might have been interesting.Having been to Chichen Itza, I recommend a visit to Tulum and Coba as both offer more/different things to see and aren't as packed with tourists so a nice experience.

Tulum is a very nice historical city. The guide was very clear in his explanations. The only negative thing was that the pickup point was far from the hotel.

The tour was very informative and the guide was very friendly and funny. Kids appreciated the tour a lot. We had time for shopping and pictures. Even though time was short. Lunch was nice. Bus ride was clean and comfortable

Clean facilities, very informative and friendly tour guides. By the end of the trip, 58 with Zeferino became my Mayan forever family!

This is a busy trip that packs in lots of activities. Take comfortable shoes and lots of water. Lunch (very tasty) is mid-afternoon so definitely take some snacks. Take lots of water; there is also a 711 at Tulum. You can’t take single use plastic bottles into the Tulum complex so bring a reusable one. We loved the contrast between the highly organised Tulum site and the jungle calm of Coba. My hubbie loved the cenote. Guides were excellent - a good intro to the Mayan culture.

The tour to Tulum and the Coba Ruins was very well organized with 2 guides who were absolutely amazing. The day was long, but well worth it. I would definitely recommend!!!
