A top notch operator. Boats are exceptionally clean with life jackets in plain view. Comfortable. Great staff. We had rain but they put the sails up anyway, sailed towards blue sky and put up rain shields.

This was an amazing sunset cruise! Our guides Tehere and Hermana were awesome and made the cruise so much fun! We cruised around the island and then stopped for the sunset where they served us fruit and champagne and we took a ton of pictures. Then they drop you right off at the restaurant for dinner right on the ocean. This tour is worth every penny!

Champagne toast on the water overlooking the sunset was beautiful.Dinner was amazing and great atmosphere.

Enjoyed a wonderful, informative & entertaining sunset cruise in Bora Bora. Our host Manu was very entertaining playing & singing the Ukelele as we cruised the lagoon learning about the culture & history of the island while we enjoyed a glorious sunset. My husband and I booked this private sunset cruise instead of taking the group tour from our cruse ship. We paid only a small amount more than the group sunset cruise and it was worth every penny spent!

We did a private sunset cruise while we were in Bora Bora 11 years ago and it was one of the highlights of our trip so we had high expectations for this sunset cruise. We were NOT disappointed and loved every minute of it. Mana was so amazing. As he drove us around the island he gave us history of the island and answered all of our questions. He stopped in a perfect spot for sunset views and pictures. He took many pictures of us, served us drinks (we chose rum punch and champagne but he also had non alcoholic options) and tapas. He serenaded us with Tahitian songs and he has a beautiful voice. He made this sunset cruise as special to us as our previous one. We hope to return in a few years and will definitely be booking this again. Mauruuru Mana!

WOW!! Our group of eight (family and friends) had the perfect adventure. Even though the water was a little rough, our crew made it an unforgettable experience. Our captain, Thelma, was awesome as well as her First Mate Alex, who kept our drinks flowing, the snack plates full, and she took all of our pictures. We were staying at The LeBora Bora by Pearl Resorts, so we took a smaller boat to the Catamaran. Our captain on the smaller boat was also amazing and his First Mate, his young son, was so sweet, adorable, and knowledgeable. I have booked with Cool Destinations on numerous vacations, and I have ALWAYS been completely satisfied.

We booked the "luxury private sunset" excursion and the experience was incredible! From start to finish, we were welcomed and served in ideal conditions! Thanks to John (the captain) and Jeanne (the hostess) for this wonderful experience that we will gladly repeat!

This was a truly outstanding tour on a beautiful, large, two-year old catamaran. The tour includes pickup and drop off at the major hotels located on the Motu. We stayed at The Westin and were picked by the tour operator about 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. The tour starts and ends at the St Regis, which is where the catamaran is berthed. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly captain and his first mate, Jane. We were offered water, beer, juice or rum punch and light snacks consisting of fruit and chips/crisps. The cruise lasts approximately two hours and includes some stunning sunsets. The seas are calm in the lagoon and the catamaran is extremely large and stable so no need to worry about motion sickness. The crew also provides beach towels which came in handy, so no need to bring any from the hotel…just bring your camera and you’ll be all set! We wore our swimsuits under our clothes as we wanted to sit on the nets, but you certainly don’t need to wear a swimsuit if you don’t want to. This was definitely a highlight of our trip and would highly recommend it!

Our sunset cruise began with a pickup at our hotel, exactly on time. We shared a small boat cruise with just one other couple which was very nice. The captain gave a nice tour of the bora bora lagoon showing us many stunning sights. Fruits and beverages were provided. We watched the beautiful sunset while toasting with champagne.After sunset we were dropped off at the restaurant St. James where we had an incredible dinner, waterside. Transportation back to our hotel was also easy. Highly recommend.

The cruise was a bit soggy the day we went. The host adapted well, and broke out the drinks and snacks early to accommodate. The three other couples on the tour were a lot of fun. We had great conversation and made the best of the weather. Fortunately, the sun broke through the clouds right before sunset giving us not just great pictures, but also a nice rainbow.Then the dinner was very good. The atmosphere was perfect, right on the water. Between the three of us, we tried all the different menu options. All were good, though the baked brie was our favorite. We also tried all the mocktails. The Virgin St. James was the best in our opinion.We would definitely recommend this tour.

This is a very good choice for a romantic tour. The spot to watch the sunset was chosen to perfection. The champagne was worth the extra bit of money. And then it was Maui the guide, funny and warm.

Thelma and Alex were fantastic. The sunset cruise was first class from start to finish. the homemade rum punch was incredible and the crew was top notch. Definitely highly recommended.
