Excellent service , dot in time and best part is flexibility which usually missing with most of the people. The guide has tremendous and in-depth knowledge not only about monuments but about the history too. I could never accept better then this the co- ordination was really good. No hassles at all. If you are a lover of history this is the tour to do in Udaipur. The guide Kapil is very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the Hindu faith, the kings, and the history of the region. The tour was more of a conversation because Kapil was willing to answer any questions I had. He even given me a new perspective on castle building. As tourists visiting Udaipur many of the tours offered on Cool Destinations are the same tours. If you are going to do the walking tour of Udaipur, don’t do this tour!!! Outside of that, if you do this tour I hope Kapil is your guide because you will learn a lot about Udaipur.

A wonderful day, and two amazing sites to visit. I visited Kumbulgah 40 years ago but had totally forgotten how impressive and magical the place is. In my mind it rivals the Great Wall in its sheer scale and impressive architecture. And the Jain temple is also a treat, as elegant and peaceful as Kumbulgah is overwhelming and forceful. It's a long day but truly worth the ride. Organisation was excellent and responsive and we even had a lovely lunch. What more can you ask for?

Firoz Chill was my guide for the day. As a single 55+ female he made me feel safe and looked after me in public places. He was prompt on arrival, knowledgeable and flexible to my requests. Despite some initial confusion in confirming all planned stops along the route, the organizer quickly arranged everything properly and the transfer went smoothly without further issues. We were given exactly as much time for sightseeing as we wanted, and the departure time was flexibly adjusted to our needs. The driver was punctual, professional, and even suggested food stops that perfectly matched our culinary preferences. Overall, a very well-managed and comfortable experience. Recommended.

The tour is a great alternative to the direct bus. Both the fort and the Jain temple are very worth seeing and you can save yourself a day trip if you visit them on the way. My driver Blablu was very attentive and attentive. We had plenty of time at the sights. I would recommend it anytime.

We had an incredible experience sightseeing in Udaipur, all thanks to Anwar. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly which spots to visit first so we could avoid the major crowds, which made the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. Anwar was very familiar with all the famous monuments and shared great insights along the way. He also took us to some local clothing shops where the fabric quality was outstanding and truly authentic. On top of that, he helped us with excellent recommendations for food and hotels for the next place we’re visiting, which was incredibly helpful. He was very courteous and patient with my entire family — my wife, our son, and me. We never felt rushed at any point and felt completely comfortable throughout the trip. Overall, it was an amazing experience. 10/10 would highly recommend Anwar to anyone visiting Udaipur.

Vikram Singh was our guide for the City Palace and Lake Pichola. So glad he changed our time of the tour to a little early so we could beat the crowd and he gave us a detailed tour of both the places. This full day tour is excellent and is very well worth the time of a first time visitor to Udaipur. The City Palace is World Class in terms of its history, preservation, signage, and things to see. Our Guide, Firoz, was knowledgeable, spoke English fluently, and took great pictures of us at the key spots. The 45 minute Lake Pichola boat cruise was great, as it was a warm/mild sunny day. We had an excellent but simple lunch at the Jhumar Restaurant with a nice view of the lake. We took a cable car ride up the hill to visit a nice (Hindu) temple. We ended the day at a one hour cultural performance, which was very impressive. All in all, it was a great day of seeing and learning about a lot of interesting things!

Yusuf was a wonderful guide and companion for the day, very knowledgeable and interesting! Highly recommended! Since I had to travel on my own, this was a perfect way to spend my day in Udaipur plus I felt very safe at all times.
