Many sights in the tour, good background information and very nice to be able to do this at your own pace. I even split it over 2 days as my count went out on day 1. Day 2 lunch on terrace in between, perfect!

Stefan was an excellent guide for my souse and me. We were the only ones on the tour. Stefan was very knowledgeable about the history and everything that we saw. He answered all our many questions. He was very engaging, friendly, and I think he enjoyed the tour as much as we did

Rudolf was waiting for us when we arrived early. He was a wealth of knowledge and had a great sense of dry humor. We appreciated both his personal anecdotes based on his lifelong experience as a local, as well as his flexibility and willingness to show us even more stuff on the way back to his car after the tour was over. A very enjoyable experience in a historical city.

This is an interesting introduction to the 1700+ years of history as told through the architecture of Trier.

Was entertaining and entertaining, the point behind the cathedral where it says to go around the church and look for a particular house is misleading and the picture of the house not up to date

I'll keep this short - Carl made our tour of the Mosel region an incredible day out. He is an amazing host and local wine expert. He has strong connections with the people at the wineries, big and small, that make you feel like you're part of the community as well. And he is incredibly thoughtful about the small things as well, like bringing along some delicious snacks since our lunch was going to be later in the day. If you're thinking about taking a tour with him, just do it, you won't be disappointed.

During the boat trip there was little information about the surrounding sights. On the bus tour there was a lot of information about the city of Trier and we drove past some of the famous Roman buildings. We also drove to a vantage point. The wine excursion was also very nice. There was a lot of information and the guide was very enthusiastic. After that we had some tasty flammkuchen.

Fantastic route with a visit to Bernkastel Kues. Just make sure you are on time for the return trip by boat.

It was a perfect way to see the Mosel from both the river side and the river. We were met by the most friendly person at the bicycle rental, who secured us both fine bicycles and food basket. We had a day of time to take breaks along the way and visit new places. We recommend listening to the lauschtour app along the way so you get some history along the way. The food basket was really nice and contained plenty of food for the day. Really nice boat trip back to town. Finally, wine in fine surroundings.

We felt very well looked after by Mr von Nell. From the pick-up to the winery visit to the actual wine tasting, the experience was optimally organized. Wine and tarte flambée were excellent and we can highly recommend. A place that is definitely worth a visit if you want to travel to Trier
