We had an absolutely fantastic coasteering experience with Mark and the Tenby Adventure team. As a beginner swimmer who had only ever swum in a swimming pool, I was naturally nervous about entering the sea—especially when I saw the waves. However, Mark explained everything clearly before we started, reassured me and gave me the confidence to take part.Throughout the adventure, Mark was friendly, patient and extremely attentive. At one point, I was struggling to catch my breath because of the waves and also developed a calf cramp. Mark immediately recognised that I needed assistance and safely supported and towed me through the water until I recovered. His calm approach made me feel safe without taking away from the excitement of the experience.The excellent service began even before the activity. I had accidentally selected the wrong date when making the booking, but when I called Mark, he sorted it out immediately and changed the booking in the system without any difficulty.The entire adventure was exciting, enjoyable and very well organised. I’m genuinely grateful to Mark for his encouragement and support, particularly as this was my first time swimming in the sea. I would highly recommend Mark and the Tenby Adventure team, especially to anyone who may feel slightly nervous or lacks experience in open water. I would certainly love to return with more of my friends!

A great coasteering trip. It was a beautiful part of the coast. With nice rock formations caves and cheese holes to explore as well as having some jumps and areas to get swooshed around in the waves. The water was a dreamy turquoise colour too. Mark the guide was excellent. He made sure you felt safe and was there if you needed him or for any difficult sections but also managed to not feel like he was micro managing everything you did when it wasn't necessary. He also made it feel like he was trying to give us the best experience possible to fit the group and the sea conditions without trying to rush anything which is a massive skill seeing as it's the end of the season. He also had some really interesting facts. Would come back and redo in future.

Really enjoyed our time kayaking around the Tenby coastline. Our knowledgeable guide Tom had a lovely manner. He made us feel very welcome, safe and tailored the session for the needs of the group. Shared lots of interesting history about the area too. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Adventure! My grown up family loved it. It was my first time kayaking and I felt looked after and safe at all times. Tom and Pete were friendly, informative and had a good line in cheese jokes. Really great fun, would definitely do again. Highly Recommended.

Great introduction to Tenby. Easy to use the app. Very clear and informative narrative . Good range of information spanning a wide historical period. Highly recommended.

10/10 experience! Second year I’ve been coasteering in Tenby and the instructors are great at guiding everyone and give clear instructions so people of all abilities (and confidences!) can give it ago. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely, friendly guys who took us on a tour of the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline

A fantastic experience led by an equally brilliant team. Would totally recommend to anyone who loves the water, adventure and seeing the fabulous Pembrokeshire coastline from a different perspective.

What an amazing and unique adventure. My 17 year old took to the coastline for his birthday and had such a great time. Some great photos taken too.

Lovely trip, very well guided

Absolutely fantastic sea kayaking session. Our leader was fun, knowledgeable and immediately made us feel comfortable. It was one of the highlights of our holiday. I just wish we had time to have tried coasteering too!

Great afternoon, was given chance to swap days due to a forecast storm on our booked day. Very rough sea but made the experience more fun. More scrambling and cliff jumping than cave swimming but think due to rougher waters

Throughly enjoyed this. The leaders were really friendly and clearly knew their stuff, and made sure everyone in our mixed age and ability group was fully included. Paddling tips, local knowledge and loads of insightful information about tides etc mafe for a fun, interesting and well-paced trip.

Where do I start?I recently took part in both the coasteering session on my own and the sea kayaking with my seven-year-old daughter. Both experiences were excellent, great fun and really good value for money.The coasteering was brilliant from start to finish, and the sea kayaking was equally enjoyable. My daughter was extremely nervous about going out on the water, but our guide, Tom, was fantastic with her. He made her feel safe and comfortable, which meant we could both thoroughly enjoy the experience.I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. If I could give them six stars, I would!

Absolutely brilliant! Tom and Elfie, the instructors, were very professional and explained everything clearly before we set off. It was quite windy and I found it hard going at times but the views were wonderful! My husband capsized on a couple of occasions but Tom stayed with him the whole time and ensured he was safe. I would advise bringing a change of clothes just in case you do go in! At 66 it's a bit of a work out but I would definitely love to do it again next year!
