Our visit to the magnificent Meenakshi Amman Temple in Madurai became truly memorable thanks to our guide, Mr. M. Jonson (Contact: 9842790960). His guidance added immense value to the entire experience. Mr. Jonson has exceptional knowledge of the temple’s history, architecture, and spiritual significance. He explained the stories of Goddess Meenakshi and Lord Sundareswarar in a very engaging and easy-to-understand manner. His narration of the temple’s intricate carvings, towering gopurams, and sacred rituals made us appreciate the richness of this historic place even more. What stood out was his patience and professionalism. He ensured we followed the temple customs properly and gave us enough time to absorb the surroundings without feeling rushed. He was always ready to answer questions and share interesting insights that we would have otherwise missed. His friendly attitude and genuine passion for guiding made the entire visit both educational and spiritually fulfilling. If you are planning to visit Madurai, I strongly recommend taking a guided tour with Mr. M. Jonson for a truly enriching experience.

It was a great experience the driver was extremely nice and the tour guide was incredible. Be prepared to walk a lot and wear sunscreen.

Mohammad of Joyful Roads helped my mother (mid-80s) and I have the most amazing trip to Jordan. He accompanied us for a week as we travelled across the country. Not only is he an excellent driver, but he is knowledgeable, happy to share, and always friendly/patient. He was always on time and adjusted his schedule to meet our needs. He helped make our trip a success from start to finish, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Moeen was a very knowledgeable and kind guide — we were a large group, and he made sure were safe, accomplished our wishlists, and enjoyed a seamless transfer from Aquaba > Wadi Rum > Petra.

We visited Wadi Rum and stayed 2 days and did the Desert Tour with lunch and sunset. From the start Khaled and Ali were very helpful and as I was travelling with my mother they helped us organize the taxi to and from Petra , they were very kind and showing us around all the time and shared the history, the culture and the local habits and food with us.My mother felt very comfortable and happy, thank you Khaled and Ali - we will come again.I highly recommend Wadi Rum Desert Eyes!

Tawfiq is a great host and very funny. His brother Sattam was also our guide and took great care of us. Everything about the experience was professional and authentic to the Bedouin culture, and I would definitely come back to Wadi Rum and go with this camp. We went sand boarding, ate a traditional lunch and had lots of sweet Bedouin tea. The facilities were clean and the food was fresh and delicious. Overall I really enjoyed the experience !

One of the best day trips we had on our trip to Jordan. Our Driver Mr. Issa was very friendly, knowledgeable and really made the tour more memorable. We had enough time to cover all the main trials and it is a lifetime experience.

I had a fantastic experience in Wadi Rum with Desert Bird Camp. I had chosen a Jeeptur and experienced the beautiful red desert. It was an experience I will never forget. I felt safe and entertained throughout the trip. Take me back!

As a British traveller based in SaudiArabia travelling to Aqaba through the AROYA cruise, I would like to specially leave a glowing review for Zaid Tours and Travels in Jordan, honestly their owner Carol and their agent Safinaz has shown outstanding customer service and taken their time to answer all my questions and shown continued patience and support with me throughout the process of booking the experience, unfortunately I had to cancel the trip to Petra for personal reasons, but I was given a full refund and they were very professional and kept me informed on email about the refund process which really set my mind at ease. I wish Carol, Safinaz and Zaid Travels continued  prosperity and success, they are extremely professional, a true asset and a wonderful reflection of their country.
