We had such a great time with Miro and his two dogs, as we walked through the beautiful forest around Motovun, Croatia. The dogs sniffed out several black truffles today, and then we ate them as a delicious brunch was prepared for us! Highly recommend this adventure if you’re anywhere near Motovun area!

It’s a charming and fun tour to immerse yourself a bit deeper in the city’s history and landmarks. We did it with my partner, and it was a great little exploration and experience to look for the next spots, read the descriptions to each other, explore the secret tips... It included recommendations for beaches, special views, bars, restaurants.Such a great idea, we’ll definitely look you guys up during a visit to another city! Thank you for the great time!😊🫶

It was a wonderful and unique experience for us. We booked very lastminute, and have never ever been in kayaking tour. Our 9 and 11 years old boys feeled comfortable and safe so as we. The equipment, the tour management and the tourist information were perfect and we felt that price/value was very good. We would come back again and try the highest cliffjumping!

Beautiful paddle with exquisite views of Old Town Rovinj, a snorkel stop and a jump of a cliff if you choose!! Our guide was knowledgeable and terrific!

We went on a buggy tour in 2025 and again in 2026—we were thrilled. Everything went perfectly, and we saw amazing sights and received great explanations. I would only ever go with the original Istra Buggy—located in Valbandon at the entrance to the Bi-Village Center.

A wonderful excursion, stunning views, and a guide with a great sense of humor. Highly recommended; we opted for the 6-person version, which was very comfortable. A beautiful sunset on the beach. One of the best memories from this vacation. I recommend it.

I had a great time on this tour with guide Sini! We had a small group which made it very easy to get around and spend a bit more time in the places that interested us. I especially liked visiting Motovun and trying out the truffles and olive oil. Eating at an Anthony Bourdain approved restaurant there was also a highlight! Sini provided us with great historical and cultural information. Driving around the hillside towns, hearing about the area, and admiring the scenery made a perfect day for me. I highly recommend this tour and other tours by Istria Tours!

This was a wonderful kayak tour. We enjoyed it very much. You also get a lot of information. You just have to be prepared to put in a little effort.

We were lucky enough to go on the Half Day Sailing Experience with Drinks, GoPro, SUP, and found the experience to be absolutely delightful and above and beyond our expectations. Before we left the marina, we were given a few options of where we might like to go. These ranged from popular snorkelling and swimming spots recommended by the skipper to a more scenic tour around the nearby nature reserve islands.Our skipper, Silvano, was absolutely brilliant and great company throughout our time on board. He was very easy to have a conversation with and a pleasure to spend time with. Whilst sailing, he was confident and professional, and there was never a moment when we felt unsafe. Silvano was excellent.There were two of us, along with a family of four. The boat was more than big enough to accommodate us all. The stern was spacious enough for everyone to sit comfortably, allowing us to chat and enjoy drinks together. The boat was also very stable, and because of this, guests were allowed to helm the boat under instruction. This is a great tour for families, as the boat is very spacious and accommodating.We recently (the following day) went on a sunset tour with another company, which we had booked before our holiday, and the service was not even close to what we received with Sail Istria. Had we not already booked the sunset tour with another company, we would have been back with Sail Istria in a heartbeat.Take your time to read through the other reviews these guys have — they will not disappoint you!

Have a fantastic time experiencing the truffle hunting and brunch. The two hosts were lovely and very informative. The dogs were very cute and we enjoyed eating the truffles as much as we liked finding them. The white truffle spice and balsamic were impeccable.
