Wonderful day trip from Santiago up to the beautiful Inca lagoon, with breathtaking views, entertaining and informed commentary from our Guide Alvaro, and enjoyable stops at a winery and llama farm. Well worth the time.

I was the only one booked on to this tour but an alternative option was made available to go to a winery and the oldest Ski Centre in South America. I was delighted as it was still the Andes. The driver and guide were excellent. Delighted with the day.

Excellent tour led by Álvaro - communication about the pick-up was excellent and I really enjoyed the relaxed pace of the tour, the highlight of which was the Inca Lake in its pristine beauty. Highly recommend!

A great tour to kick start your first time in Santiago. Must do to understand the culture and get a feel for the town.We loved the market a vibe of activity and fresh produce.Our guide was brilliant with lots of insights!

I loved the nature combined with delights like artisanal chocolates and the Hansel and Gretel house.

It was not possible to visit the reservoir because it was closed. But the landscape is fantastic and the guide Ignacio is very good! Even though I was the only person who didn't speak Spanish in the group, he always made sure I was understanding or explained in Portuguese anyway.

This is a great wine tour. Each stop has it's own uniqueness and you get far more than a standard wine tasting. Hearing about the winery itself and it's background. The only issue for me is that because it's mixed nationalities you hear everything in 3 languages, can't be avoided but she's take away from the experience a bit. All guides spoke great English though.Brenda (our guide) was fantastic and went above and beyond to assist me afterwards in an additional tour I had intended to take alone but turns out this was ill advised. Thanks Brenda ☺️

This tour was a great way to spend the morning. It’s a nice ride around a few of the neighborhoods and along the river, as well as some nice time spent in one of the bigger markets in town. My guide, Diego, gave me some great historical and geographic context of the area as well as recommendations for local food, experiences and cinema! I think it is definitely worth the cost and would be interested in some of the other tours as well.

The activity is wonderful. The guides who accompanied us were excellent, they are very friendly and especially attentive. They picked us up at the hotel on time. The food provided was equally great. We recommend!

From the first enquiry until our final drop off, this tour was fantastic. I was a little concerned about walking in snow but the operator was very helpful and gave great advice. Our pick up was on time and the drive to the Cajon was lovely. A comfy van with a stop on the way to buy breakfast. Our guides Inez and Martin were so kind, helpful, generous, friendly and knowledgeable. They were very careful with the guests and took great care of us on the hike up and down. The views were magnificent. I am in my late 50’s and didn’t find the hike too hard. You are walking up for a while so of course it is not the same as walking on a flat road, but the guides took a slow and steady pace with breaks as needed. They provided walking poles for those who did not have them. The packed lunch was very nice and they supplied ample water. At the end you are treated with some Chilean wine, cheese, fruit and other tasty treats. I am so happy I did this tour!

Very nice walk. The guide was excellent (José). Right in the city. Recommended. We booked directly with the winery and went by Uber.

Roberto was the driver and he was always where we needed him. Paulo, our guide, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Joaquin was an absolutely amazing guide + driver. The other guests ended up canceling so we were lucky enough to essentially get a private tour. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and we had a wonderful day. Petrohue falls is even more awe inspiring and beautiful as it looks, and you get gorgeous shots of volcán Osorno in the back. Would absolutely recommend this tour!
