What To Expect
We’ll start our day with a visit to Dolac, Zagreb’s oldest and most vibrant market, where you’ll immerse yourself in local culture, explore traditional products, and experience the city’s culinary heartbeat.
From there, we’ll take a short five-minute stroll to our culinary studio, where everything will be set for an unforgettable hands-on experience.
Our štrukli cooking class will guide you through the art of rolling and stretching delicate phyllo dough, preparing a rich cheese filling, and mastering the techniques of shaping and baking this beloved Croatian dish.
While your štrukli bake to golden perfection, you’ll enjoy a tasting session featuring traditional cured meats, artisanal cheese, premium olive and pumpkin seed oils, and exquisite local wine.
