What To Expect
The Utiel-Requena province, known for its protected designation of origin wines, particularly the unique Bobal variety, is home to an authentic cheese factory in Los Pedrones.
Managed by three passionate brothers, this factory sets out to create the world's best cheese. Their goat cheeses are meticulously crafted, benefiting from their knowledge gained in northern Spain and unique caves that provide the perfect temperature and natural advantages. These cheeses stand out due to their exceptional flavor, handcrafted from top-quality goat's milk sourced directly from their peaceful, natural environment, resulting in extraordinarily fresh milk.

After the cheese factory tour, the next destination is the Vera de Estenas Winery. This family-run winery, overseen by Edu, is nestled in a picturesque setting atop a hill, surrounded by stunning vineyards.
