What To Expect
A unique experience for those who really enjoy savoring traditional food and especially getting involved in food preparation and learning techniques. The food is made in a wood-fired oven made of lava stones, similar to our ancestors and that gives an unmistakable flavor. Besides the food, the drink is always present and I give tips on the best wines and we talk above all about what characterizes us as islanders in the middle of this immense ocean.
We speak English and Spanish and then the wine speaks for itself.
