Please have your phone back on, so you are reachable. You will receive a text (or WhatsApp) message from us with updated info once you land.• International (Terminal 1): Please proceed to the "Meeting Point" located inside the Arrival hall. Driver will have a "Go Sydney Shuttle" sign. Contact us if you can’t find the driver within 20 minutes.• Domestic (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3): Please wait at the baggage carousel from where you are to collect your luggage. Driver will have a “Go Sydney Shuttle” sign. Contact us If you can't find the driver within 20 minutes.=> As this is a shared shuttle service, there may not be a driver waiting immediately or the driver might have to wait for other passengers to arrive as well. => If you have difficulties locating the driver, please call/SMS/WhatsApp our emergency mobile number +61 434 844 020 => If you are experiencing any delays, then please contact us as soon as possible. => For delayed, cancelled or changed flights, please contact Go Sydney Shuttle for further instructions on the next available service. => Normal luggage allowance includes 1 suitcase and 1 carry on item per person.. Additional luggage will incur a surcharge and is payable directly to the driver. You must notify us in advance.

- Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
