Your service should arrive during the 20-minute window outlined on your confirmation. You must be ready and waiting outside your pickup point and in view of the road for the entirety of your pick up window. • If you miss your allocated service please make contact with Con-X-ion directly (international) ASAP. Ask your hotel/concierge if you require assistance. • Please ensure your mobile is switched on in case we need to contact you. • Unfound passengers may not be eligible for refund or reimbursement. • Please do not depart in a taxi without first making contact with Con-x-ion.
What To Expect
Choose to pre-book a shared minivan transfer service to ensure a timely and stress-free departure from your Sydney CBD hotel or residence to the Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport. Your driver will pick you up at the arranged time; please be ready with your bags before your driver arrives. You’ll board the comfortable minivan and be taken to your flight in comfort, with a friendly and efficient professional driver. Transfer services operate daily, connecting with all flights departing from the Sydney Airport.
Due to legislation, "seat-in-coach" is not available for 0-7 year old children. Children are not allowed to sit on laps.
No infants are bookable for transfers on shared shuttle services in Sydney. New South Wales laws and regulations require baby-seats and capsules which is unavailable for our seat-in-coach service vehicles. Passengers found with infants or 0-7 year old children may be charged extra to upgrade to a private transfer service or refused service. Please contact the CXN Reservations Team.
