What To Expect
Join Teresa, a local Sicilian cook, and discover the family recipes that have been handed down over time.
During this hands-on experience you will prepare three different types of fresh pasta from the basics, using local flours, fresh eggs and seasonal ingredients. Together you will also make traditional Sicilian sauces, which may include fresh vegetables, meat or fresh fish depending on the season.
This is much more than a cooking class. Along the way you will discover local ingredients and traditional techniques.
After cooking, relax and enjoy a fresh local wine and genuine Sicilian hospitality.
At the end of the experience you will receive recipes that will be your Guide at home.
