Overview
The creators of The Espadrilles Experience, a must-do according to BuzzFeed, the New York Times and the Washington Post among others, are back with an amazing new workshop for Seville: Make your own Traditional Tocado Sevillano.
We will meet in our workshop in Calle Sierpes, downtown Seville, where you can see the finished products and the materials. The artisans will be with you at all time leading and providing the materials and tools.
First, we will introduce the story of these flower "tocados" and the materials needed for their construction. You will learn about this beautiful tradition, now a trendy accessory in fashion, above all during La Feria in Sevilla.
Then every guest will choose the flowers, the size, the colors, all details. And once ready, we will build our own traditional piece, while sipping a drink.
Finally, each guest will leave with its own creation and with a really cool story to tell to friends, something that it is hardly available to the visitors or locals.

What To Expect
Our team have been many years making shoes in their family-owned factories in Spain.
Together with Airbnb and for many years now they have been hosting this very successful workshop in several cities, where they teach how to stitch traditional espadrilles. This unique experience has brought them many nominations in 2019 and 2020 as a must-do in Barcelona, Seville and Puerto Rico, highly recommended in Tripadvisor, New York Times, BuzzFeed, among others.
We will have the experience in one our shops, in a famous street known for artisanal products and little shops. Totally worth the visit. We have a big space for the guests where they will be surrounded by materials and finished products. An amazing atmosphere for a very unique experience. An emblematic place in an iconic city.
