Meeting and Pickup
Pick up service is available from the listed hotels. Pick up time from different hotels are always different. You will receive your pick up point & time via Viator message. Failure to participate in the safari due to missed pick up point or time will not be refunded. If you need pick up from hotels, please meet the guide at your hotel reception on time; if you need pick up from meeting point, please find the guide at our office downstairs on time (Sunny Safari Office, Tähtikuja 1, 96930 Rovaniemi). If your hotel or location is not listed among the pickup points, please contact us (the supplier) or the platform to check availability.

What To Expect
How to show that you have seen the mysterious Ms. Aurora? Come join us and go on this trip with our paparazzi, and let the photographer capture the special moment of you and Ms. Aurora! Our experienced guide will drive you away from the light pollution of the city and go to the best location for higher chances of seeing the northern lights based on the condition. Expect to hear the stories and formation process about the northern lights phenomenon around a campfire with some light snacks. Photos' link will be provided by email afterwards which will be available for 14 days since the tour date.
Northern Lights is an unpredictable natural phenomenon, there is no guarantee but we will try the best to increase the chance of seeing it.

- A minimum of 2 full-paying adults is required for the tour to operate. A single traveller may join an existing group.
- The Northern Lights are a natural and unpredictable phenomenon, and sightings cannot be guaranteed. However, with favourable conditions, our experienced guides and local forecasts will do their best to maximize your chances of witnessing this magical Arctic light show.
- Please dress warmly in suitable winter clothing and be prepared to spend time outdoors enjoying the Arctic night atmosphere.
- The total duration includes transfer time. Pick-up service is included from selected locations. If your accommodation is not listed, please contact us to check availability.
- You will receive the final meeting time and meeting point upon confirmation. Failure to participate in the safari due to missing the meeting time or meeting point will not be eligible for a refund.
- After the tour, a shared link containing all group photos will be sent to participants by email. Please note that this link will be accessible to all participants of the tour. If you prefer your photos to remain private, please contact us in advance to book a private tour.
- The photo link will be available for 14 days from the tour date, after which all photos will be automatically deleted. If you do not receive the link within 2 days after the tour, please contact us.
- Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.).
