What To Expect
An exciting day starts with ATV ride. Our guides will provide you with important safety instructions and teaching you how to ride an ATV first. You will then embark on an hour-long journey through the stunning Lapland Forest and the breathtaking Arctic Circle scenery.
After the ATV ride, our guide will take you to the lakeside. Time to learn the art of Ice fishing, which provides you opportunity to immerse in the natural environment. You can drill a hole in the frozen lake, wait for arctic fish, and experience traditional fishing practices. Even if you're not successful in catching any fish, you can still gather around the fire with others. We'll prepare grilled salmon for you to savor after a long day.
*A valid driver's license is required for all drivers.
*In the beginning of the season, if the ice is not thick enough, we will conduct fishing activities by the lake shore instead of on the lake surface.

Yes. Whatever the fishing calls for: live bait, frozen bait, cut bait, or chum, our Charter Captains will have plentiful supplies on hand. The same thing goes for artificial bait such as lures, flies, or plugs.
Jul 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
