What To Expect
In Rome, pasta making and wine pairing are more than culinary techniques—they are cultural experiences that connect you to the soul of Italy. Our cooking class brings you the best of both worlds: learn how to make fresh, hand made fettuccine, soft gnocchi and delicious tiramisù. Then enjoy your dishes with two glasses (not tastings, but full glasses) of Italy's most prestigious and high quality wines. You can choose between Amarone della Valpolicella or Brunello di Montalcino - for reds; or Pecorino or Pinot Grigio Reserva - for whites.
At the end of this amazing experience, you get to take home your very own certificate, download your recipes booklet and carry on having fun cooking the traditional Italian dishes and pairing them with your favorite wines back home!
