Meeting and Pickup
The driver will contact you via WhatsApp, if available, and send you a photo of his vehicle. If you do not use WhatsApp, the driver will call you upon arrival.
What To Expect
Private door-to-door transfer from any address in Plovdiv (hotel, home or Plovdiv Airport) to any address in Sofia or to Sofia Airport (SOF). The price is per vehicle, not per person, and includes the driver, fuel, road tolls and insurance.
Choose the vehicle for your group:
- Sedan (up to 3 people with normal luggage)
- Minivan 6+1 (recommended for 4 or more people, or with skis or large luggage)
- Minibus (up to 16)
The drive is about 150 km and usually takes 1 h 45 min to 2 h 15 min, depending on traffic and the exact addresses.
How it works:
1. Book and enter your pickup address, your phone number with WhatsApp and the number of passengers and bags.
2. For Sofia Airport drop-offs, add your flight departure time and we will set the pickup time so you arrive with time to spare.
3. Before pickup, the driver contacts you on WhatsApp (or by phone) and sends a photo of the car.
4. The driver takes you straight to your destination, with no other passengers and no extra stops unless you ask.
Child seats are available on request - please mention them when you book.
