Malta: Coral Lagoon & Cave – By Kayak
Overview
Paddle along a pristine coastline, exploring hidden sea caves, dramatic cliffs, and crystal-clear waters. Enter through a spectacular cave opening carved into the rock and find yourself inside a magical inland lagoon—an unforgettable moment where tranquillity surrounds you and the water invites you in for a refreshing swim.
Fun fact: scenes from Jurassic Park were filmed inside the Coral Lagoon cave, adding a cinematic touch to this already extraordinary location.
Along the way, you’ll pass the serene coastline of Little Armier and admire the historic White Tower, a coastal watchtower built in 1658 by the Knights of Malta.
Departing from the iconic Tortuga Beach, we recommend making a full day of your visit (book separately). Relax on sunbeds along the sandy beach or seaside deck, enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine at the restaurant, or unwind on the sunset terrace—one of the best spots in Malta to watch the sun dip behind Comino and Gozo.
