Kindly note that this is a government-mandated regulation and not a policy introduced by us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Please note that this trip is available only during the summer season and is always subject to weather conditions. The fee is approximately €15 per person, but prices may change without prior notice.
- Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the boat.
- If the trip is cancelled due to poor weather, sea conditions, or strong winds, you will be offered to reschedule your activity on a different date; if you cannot reschedule, you will be given a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued to customers who are unable to disembark at the Blue Lagoon due to not having a government-issued pass. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the required pass in advance.
