Meeting and Pickup
Pickup is available from any Central London location, including hotels, private addresses, and major train stations. Heathrow Airport pickups from all terminals are also available. Please provide your full pickup address during booking.Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby, outside your building, or at the airport arrivals hall with a sign showing your lead traveler's name. If you're staying at a location with limited vehicle access (e.g. pedestrian-only zones), we will contact you in advance to confirm the nearest accessible pickup point. Should you need to update your pickup details, just let us know—we're flexible and happy to help.
What To Expect
1. Booking Confirmation
Once you book, you'll receive an instant confirmation email with all your trip details. We'll also follow up if additional info is needed (such as flight number or pickup address).
2. Pickup Arrangements
You'll be picked up at your chosen time and location — either from Central London, a hotel, a private address, or Heathrow Airport. Your professional driver will be waiting with a clearly marked sign bearing your name.
3. Comfortable Private Drive
Relax in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle. Your experienced, licensed driver ensures a smooth and safe ride, using real-time traffic monitoring to avoid delays.
4. Optional Scenic or Cultural Stop
If you’ve pre-selected a stop (like Windsor, a countryside pub, or Oxford), the driver will take you there and wait while you enjoy your time (entry not included).
