Meeting and Pickup
Your driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 40 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit.For International flights, our driver will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point located immediately after the customs exit, 40 minutes after flight lands. The driver will then wait a further 50 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there is been delays in passport and customs control. That is a total of 90 minutes after the flight has landed. If waiting time exceeds 90 minutes the additional car park cost is payable in cash to the driver at the end of your transfer.The Best Meeting Point to Meet the driver at Heathrow airport terminals,Terminal 2, in front of WHSmith Store.Terminal 3, in front of (M&S) Mark & Spencer Food Store.Terminal 4 & 5 in front of Costa Coffee Store.
What To Expect
You will be met inside the airport terminal where the chauffeur will be displaying a name bored with your name, the flight will be monitored and the chauffeur will only go into the terminal when the flight land and you will not be charged extra for delayed flights, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.
