Overview
Leipzig becomes the crime scene in this self-guided detective game, where the clues are hidden in plain sight in the streets around you.
The case is the murder of Balthasar, and the evidence is scattered across the old centre - past Thomaskirche, Nikolaikirche, Altes Rathaus and Gewandhaus. You decode messages, photograph what does not add up and press digital witnesses whose stories never quite line up.
Every puzzle you crack removes a name from the list of suspects. Play as a couple, bring the children along, or send two or three teams out at the same time and turn the investigation into a race - which is what makes this murder mystery game work as well for a team outing as for a day out. The last answer is waiting somewhere in the centre of Leipzig.

What To Expect
Solve a murder in Leipzig on this self-guided murder mystery game, a detective trail that turns the historic centre into your crime scene. Following in the footsteps of Sherlock Holmes, you gather evidence at real locations: a coded message near Thomaskirche, a photo task at Nikolaikirche, a witness statement that does not match what you saw at Altes Rathaus. Every puzzle you solve takes another name off the list of suspects.
The game takes about 2 hours and you play at your own pace. One ticket covers a team of 1 to 4 people sharing one phone; larger groups buy extra tickets and can race each other. Choose a start date and time when booking, then begin whenever it suits you - there is no guide to meet and no fixed departure. Stop for lunch, leave the case where it stands and pick it up later. A smartphone with an internet connection is required. Your investigation starts at Markt.
